You are burnt out from stress and possibly sadness. Rest, give your body a break from everything. Take a nap and make yourself something to eat. Once you feel refreshed, try again. Get up and push through your problems and give yourself a break when needed. Never burn yourself out. It is okay to take care of yourself at times.
