and there he goes again. every day at this hour a mysterious guy played guitar in front of her house, and today wasn't any different.

park luna lived right in front of a bus station and every afternoon since 6:15 until 8:30 pm there he was, the dark-blue-haired boy, singing all those beautiful and tragic ballads. he always sat on the bench and played until the sun set under his very own eyes. and there she was, watching his every step and listening every note of his songs.

every day she saw his back, that slim back, crawled above his guitar. she admired him and she preferred to watch him behind her purple drapes until he left and let her in the darkness of her room with a pencil in her left hand and her notebook in the other, drawing him.

today was a day like any other, he came at 6:15 and sang, but the songs were different. they were full of pain and loss. she could feel just by hearing his husky voice that he was about to crack. she was curious why and kept making scenarios in her mind. maybe his girlfriend had bumped him for another boy, maybe she was one of those korean beauties with big brown eyes and very long and dark hair, tall, slim and harmonious like a stubble in the wind, and very popular among guys, or maybe his pet died, maybe he had a cat, he seemed a cat-guy, maybe it was a very fat and fluffy cat that he loved with his whole heart and essence. or maybe...

"luna!" shouted her older brother from the other side of his house, waking her up from her dreams. she put the hand on the glass of her window like telling him that she will be back soon and left the room.

"what do you want, lucas?" she asked him after finding him sitting on the couch and watching a football game.

"go and buy me some soju and pork stake from yeonjin's." he said while he kept his attention on the flat screen. "take money from my wallet. it is my coat."

she rolled her eyes and went to the market. it was pointless to ask him to go and buy himself all those stuff, she knew that he would make her go in his place. she took his wallet and get a pair of old vans on. it was 8:02 pm and she was sure that she wouldn't come back in time to see him, so she sighed.

it was a chilly summer evening and it felt so good after all that heat. the sky was colored in beautiful and soft shades of blue, pink and orange. they mixed with the white of the clouds making brand new colors and shapes around the red-ish sun. it was the perfect time for dates and hangouts with friends, but she had no friends to hand out with.

she greeted yeonjin, her brother's old friend, and bought all that lucas asked. the guy behind the counter laughed and give her a chocolate bar, the one that he knew she loved. okay, maybe luna had one friend. he was always kind with her and gave her chocolate bars and smiles full of warmth.

she verified her watch and she saw that it was 8:27. it was clear that she couldn't make it. she couldn't get in her room to watch him a few seconds before he left, so she didn't run.

she walked along those unknown people and stared at their faces, trying to figure out their stories. it was her second favorite thing to do, after drawing that mysterious guy in the light of the sunset. maybe that pregnant woman was waiting for her husband to come back from the army, and that old man next to her on the bench was waiting for the love of his life to come back to him, like he had done for the last ten years.

the music in the headphones was loud and clear and filling up her soul with a juice of hope and love. luna always listened covers of those old disney hits, or at least when she wasn't listening the guitar-boy ballads. she was obsessed of old disney movies, she couldn't get tired of them.

when she got home, the bench was empty like she predicted. she took a place and watched how the cars passed by her. "a whole new world" by zayn and zhavia ward was playing while she opened the candy bar and took a bite. her mind was full of complex thoughts. she thought of her brother, her parents and that stranger who sang so nicely like an actual angel.

"mind if i join?" someone asked her, making luna came back to her senses. she take away one of her headphones and looked in the direction of the sound. and there he was...

a handsome guy with soft and gentle features like a celestial being and a dark-blue hair she would recognize without trying. he was sitting in front of her and she felt how her palms became sweaty and her entire body was filled with that type of warmth like she had never felt before.

"uhm, no. you can sit." she said while stared at him and trying to find her words. he smiled at her when she patted the seat next to her. his smile was kind of unique and luna couldn't see anything else but that.

(i hope you enjoy this first chapter. tons of hugs.xx)
