When they got to the boys destination he quickly hopped out, "Thanks for the ride." The boy said with a smile. "Aw, no, what fun is that? We wanna know what's going on here!" The doctor said. "And, where are we?" Rose asked. "Decrestialley, home planet of the... No, you couldn't be?!?!?" The doctor said to the boy. "The one and only." The boy said with a smirk. "Rose Tyler, this is the genie bandit, he'd been trapped in that lamp because of committing crimes, crimes for a good cause, of course, and now, being home, he can help even more people, because he was just too too smart for that lamp!" Rose looked around. "Wow, this place is beautiful." Rose said. And quite frankly it was, they stood at the foot of a waterfall, in a gazebo with rose bushes all around it, and as roses fluttered down from the top of the falls, it made for quite a beautiful seen, and in the back stood a palace, bright and tall. In the middle of each rose that fell there was a small jewel, all the "roses" falling from the sky weren't roses they were drekinos, an alien plant that can only be planted and thrive in a place of a triumphant hope. "There is nobody here because they died in the quarts war, I was on earth as it happened, this place was so hopeful during that time, that the drekinos grew and Mother Nature did the rest." The boy said expressionless. "I am so sorry." The doctor said. A lone tear slid down the boys face. "Don't be, I just feel like I could have done something if I stayed, but I was selfish, and my race was left powerless, but here, there is forever hope, and that is why I stay here. Not because I am cursed to this lamp, because it is all that is left." He said, looking down. "Doctor, I know who you are, you did the best possible things to save future generations, and I did nothing at all.
