Amelia would sit on the benches sighing and she'd stare down at her lunchbox before setting it aside, not wanting to eat.
"H-Hey i-is it o-okay i-if I s-sit w-w-with y-you..?" A small female would smile shyly at her. She'd nod without saying anything. "M-m-my name's K-Katrin..." she'd hold out a hand and Amelia would take it, shaking it slightly. "Amelia...do you have a stutter by any chance..?"
Katrin would nod looking down. "I-I-I get b-bullied for i-it.." amelia would frown slightly. "I get bullied for having the most popular guy in school as a housemate." Katrin would tilt her head "w-wait..a-aren't y-you that g-girl w-who..."
Amelia would nod "Yeah, I am. My whole childhood, my last memories of my mother...gone.." Katirin would look down. "M-my m-mother d-died when I w-was f-five..." Amelia would nod "My condolences Katrin." Katrin would frown "S-Same w-with you." Amelia would check her watch. "...Shite. I have to meet River and his team. Talk to you later Kat!" She'd run off to find River and his team.
When she got there a girl would be kissing him and his team would be nowhere in sight. She'd stand in the doorway tearing up and she'd run back out slamming the door behind her. River would look confused before remembering. He'd glare at the girl who would be smirking at him.
Amelia would walk down the street crying. "AMMIE! AMMIE GET IN THE CAR AND LETS TALK ABOUT THIS!" She'd turn to face him. "WHAT'S THERE TO FECKING TALK ABOUT RIVER?! THE FACT THAT YOU KNEW THAT I LIKE YOU AND YET YOU HOOK UP WITH A DIFFERENT PERSON?! THE FACT THAT YOU BROKE MY HEART?!" She'd storm off waving a hand in dismissal. River would park his car and run out after her and he'd turn her to face him. "I did not kiss her! She kissed me for feck sake!" Amelia would push him away. He'd grab her arm pulling her back and he'd look into her teary eyes.
"Amelia listen to me. I didn't kiss her. I went into the room to collect some homework for us to work on in English," He'd show her the papers for the homework, "I didn't know she was in there, she had me pressed up against a table and she blackmailed me. If I had not of done what she said she would have told you a huge lie." Amelia would look down. "Ammie. Look at me." She'd lift her head slowly to look at him. "I want no other girl more then i want you. What ever she did, it was not by my choice." Amelia would nod slightly. River would hug her. "Please come home with me. I don't want to explain what happened between us two and be banned from seeing you." Amelia would sigh in defeat, "alright, alright. On one condition." River would tilt his head slightly "Hm?" Amelia would smile. "You let me sleep in your room for the next month." River would smirk. "It's a done deal." He'd kiss her softly and she'd kiss him back.
They'd reach the house and it would be dark out. Amelia would hold onto River's hand as they headed inside the house. His parents are in bed and he'd lock the door behind them carrying the sleepy Amelia to bed.
Once they had gotten into his room he put the bedside lamps on and he'd change her clothing into an oversized t-shirt and some shorts that he had stolen from his mother.
Amelia would lie asleep under the quilt and when River would climb in she'd bury her head into his bare chest clutching onto him. "I..i'm a-afraid o-of the d-dark..." she'd blush and River would turn his bedside lamp off. "Well I'm here to protect you from any monsters now." She'd nod. "I-I know but s-still..." River would kiss her softly. "Don't worry I won't turn your lamp off." Amelia would smile slightly "Thank you..." River would smile and kiss her multiple times, "Anything for you. I love you Amelia Thompson." Amelia would blush, "I-I love you t-to River H-Harlanyi.."
River would wrap his arms around Amelia's waist pulling her against his body and she'd tuck her head into his chest. They'd fall asleep shortly after they got comfortable.
