my door bursts open, i look up seeing zach
"ava please don't-" zach starts
i turn over and start crying into my pillow, i feel my bed get more heavy which means zach probably sat down.
"ava please stop crying i'm really sorr-" zach starts
"sorry isn't enough!" i sob "YOU RUINED MY FIRST PROM"
i put my head back in my pillow, zach sighs
"what can i do then.." he says
"get out is what you can do." i say into my pillow
"except that. wanna go on a trip or something- the beach, los vegas- i don't know any places.." he says
"zach just leave me alone." i say
"i don't want to.." he says
"then i'll just leave myself." i say
i get up grabbing my pillow, i hug it as i walk out of the room
i go to corbyns room, i slowly open the door and see corbyn on his laptop, probably playing fortnite.
he looks up at me
"are you okay?" corbyn questions
i just start crying again, corbyn shuts his laptop and runs over to me hugging me
"what happened?!" corbyn says
"zach" i sob
"what did he do?" corbyn questions
"he r-ruined my prom.." i say
"what?! how?" he says
"i'll tell you- i need to sit down.." i say
"go sit down on my bed, i'll be right back" he says
i sit down on corbyns bed as he walks out of the room
corbyn comes back with ice cream, he walks in and shuts the door. he sits next to me and hands me the ice cream, i just laugh
"ice cream?" i say
"ice cream helps with everything" corbyn says "now what did zach do now"
