Asami sat beside Seunghyun as he drove down a busy road. The street was pretty congested, so she knew that it would be a while before they got to the ice skating rink. Her eyes slowly drifted from the window to her left and found a pair of brown eyes staring back.
"Don't stare at me," she scolded, "Pay attention to the road!"
He smiled and shook his head. "There's no use in doing that if we're completely stopped in traffic," he reasoned, not breaking his gaze, "And besides, you're much more interesting than the cars ahead of us."
"Oh come on," she said, trying to hide my crimson cheeks, "Let's change the subject."
"Alright then. How about work?"
"Now you're talking," Asami said.
"Well, I couldn't help but stare at you then either. You looked way too perfect in that dress," he chuckled.
Asami just rolled her eyes. "You're such a flirt. Now stop messing around, lover boy, before you sweet talk me to death."
"Fair enough," he agreed. She playfully pushed his face away as she noticed that he was still staring at her, earning a light-hearted laugh from him.
"You really have a problem with staring," Asami joked, "You might want to get that fixed."
"Ah, but if I did that, I wouldn't be able to look at you," he complained, "And what kind of life would that be?"
"A better one than this," she teased.
"That's what you say."
Asami didn't say anything after that. She just smiled to herself and looked back out the window as the car started to move. For a while, they sat in silence. But it wasn't an awkward silence like when someone didn't know what to say. It was more like a silence in which neither person wanted to ruin their content, little moment of quiet.
Occasionally, they would exchange brief glances at each other. Their stares would always end when Asami looked away. But no matter what, Seunghyun was never the one to break the connection. He enjoyed it too much. But for the first time, she didn't seem to mind. In fact, she liked how he admired her. No man had ever treated her the way he did.
Reclining back in her seat, she closed her eyes. Suddenly, she felt a warm hand brush her bangs back and rub her forehead. She couldn't help but smile as the soothing touch of his skin and the faint sound of the radio lulled her to sleep.

By the time they got there it was about noon. Seunghyun pulled up to a large plain, white building. A red glowing sign was placed above the entrance. It read:
イザナギアイススポーツセンター
"Izanagi's Ice Sports Center"
Stepping out of the car, a cold breeze hit Asami, and she shivered. Thank God she chose to wore a coat. It was a sensible idea. After all, it was coming close to winter. She fastened and unfastened the black buttons on her cerulean blue coat. It was a habit she had acquired when she was a child.
"A little cold?"
She turned to see Seunghyun pushing his car door closed. He put on a pair of dark sunglasses and a black bowler's hat as he made his way over to join her.
"What's with the hat and glasses? The sun isn't even out," Asami commented, gesturing to his accessories.
"You don't want anyone to recognize me, do you?" he smirked.
"Well it would be pretty funny to see you try to get out of a crowd of screaming girls," she joked.
"Oh haha." Walking ahead of her, he gestured to the building and said, "We came to skate, right? So let's go."
