Unknown POV

I walked down the street , planning to head home from a 4 hour gym session , I was all sweaty and I needed to shower . I noticed a short girl looking through the pet store's window and looking at the little rabbits hopping about .. another male walked up towards her and wrapped his hands around her , his facial features also represented a rabbit .

She looked up at him and smiled as they looked at the rabbits , I wanted to gag , what is love? love is an over rated piece shit that people put so much of emphasis on .

I scoffed and rolled my eyes before digging my hands in my pockets and fastening my pace , I pulled my face mask up and headed to my apartment building , going through the automatic doors I saw the usual receptionists looking at me with curiously.

"I wonder what he looks like . Seriously" one whispered

"Yeah totally , he only ever wears his medical mask " the other replied

"Do you think he looks handsome ??"

"I'm pretty sure because his hair and eyes look so attractive ..."

I blocked out the world as I heard the rest of their conversation that they did poorly at hiding , walking into the lift thankfully alone , the doors closing .

I pressed number 15 and waited for the elevator to start moving , as it reached halfway there , the bell of the door went off signalling it's about to open .

As they opened , a dramatic scene played out in front of me , a fairly good looking man stood tall infront of a tiny petite girl , she looked up at him challengingly .

He muttered something then threw his bottle of water all over her face and body and you could see the tears in her eyes .. not before breathing in heavily and slapping him across the face and walking into the elevator .

The door closed slowly as the stunned man stood staring at the direction his head has been faced after being slapped , jaws clenching .

I stared at the girl before me , she looked tired .. not sleep tired but life tired , and that was us all ...

She turned to face me with a glare and opened her mouth "what are you looking at?" She spat , my body burned with anger as I watched her expression .

Without a second thought my hand wrapped around her throat "watch your mouth, bitch" I rasped through gritted teeth and immediately she began to shake under my gaze .

I lightly shoved her away from me , never was I ever going to let anyone .. and I mean anyone on the face of this Earth ever speak to me like that.

She turned her head in embarrassment and fear.

Finally my floor .. as the doors opened I stared at her for a while ..

I guess .. it's time to play.
