Chapter 2: The Crappy Bunny

So after school Ichigo and Rukia walked home and were talking about their encounters with the school nurse

“So, Ichigo, what did Naruto-sensei ask you?”

“Ummmmm, he asked what was new with me, and ummmm kind of inferred that my power was awakened and ummm…….” Ichigo trailed off

“YOU BAKA!!! HOW DID HE FIGURE IT OUT? HUH?”

“Calm down Rukia! He told me he could read emotions and feel others power. And he can apparently read people too.”

“How do you figure that?”

“Well, he said that he felt my power was mixed with someone else’s, then he guessed it was you, and then he said he knew he got it right because of the way I reacted.”

“You are the BIGGEST BAKA IN THE WORLD! DID YOU CONFERM IT AFTER HE TOLD YOU THIS?”

“Yah I did, why?”

“HE PLAYED YOU, YOU BAKA. HE DIDN’T HAVE TO READ OYUR REACTIONS! HE KNEW THAT ONCE HE SAID ANYTHING THAT YOU WOULD TELL HIM THE TRUTH! BAKA, BAKA, BAKA!”

“Oh, yah, he wants an explanation for what’s happened to me as well as an understanding of the new threats I’ll have to face. I don’t know when he wants to do it but…..”

Both Ichigo and Rukia were interrupted by a yellow flash and after they could see again, they saw Naruto in all his glory.

“Hey guys. You walk sooooo slow, I could have beaten you to your house already.”

Both Ichigo and Rukia stopped in their tracks and just stared at the school nurse

“Staring isn’t polite guys. I thought that after being around for 200 plus years you would learn some manners, right Rukia?”

“Ho… how do you know my age?”                                                                             

“Simple, I guessed and you confirmed it. I can’t believe you fell for that too, but isn’t it a little hypocritical that you’re yelling at our favorite baka for falling into the same trap?”

“I am going to kill this man even if it’s the last thing I do” thought the two students.

“I’ll stop by your house around 20 minutes”

“How do you know where I live?” inquired Ichigo.

“I don’t, I’ll still be there I forgot to do something at the school. So see yah”

With another yellow flash Naruto was gone.

“WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT I MEAN JUST SHOW UP AND DISAPPEAR WHY DON’T YOU. AHHHHH THAT MAN WILL BE THE DEATH OF ME” Ichigo yelled

“Come on you baka, we need to clean your room and I need to draw the diagrams for him”

“You mean those crappy bunnies,” as Ichigo was saying this a fist with a red glove punched him and pushed his soul out of his body. “What the hell was that Rukia?”

“Shut up I feel a hollows presence”

(This is when Rukia convinces Ichigo to help out Karakura Town)

Time skip (after the hollow fight)

“Ok the room is clean, you done with the ‘artwork’ Rukia”

“Almost got it, there the best pictures made ever!!”

“Ok…. Ummm, I disagree” thought Ichigo, “so where’s the Blondie? How much do you want to bet that he’s gunna be…..”

With another yellow flash Naruto was present and ready to tease the two, “why did you have to clean up? Was it to hide all the evidence of last night’s exploits?”

“NO THAT’S NOT IT…. IT’S, IT’S, it’s….” Rukia trailed off.

“Haaaahaaaa, I got you. You both need to lighten up.  Just to let you both know I can feel and see spirits, if that makes a difference.”

“Ok, now time for the explanation” Ichigo said.

(After a similar explanation that Ichigo got)

“Ok I understand all of this, but I have one question.”

“Why are the drawings so crappy and why are they all look like mutated bunnies?”

“That’s what I asked too, then she put me in some sort of paralysis Bakudō”

“Bakudō # 1. Sai”

“Oh, come on this is so week” Naruto flexed his wrist and broke the spell

“No way. It took all of Ichigo’s strength to break that spell” Rukia thought. “Naruto-sen…”

“No way in hell are you gunna call me that. It makes me feel old. Just call me Naruto.”

“Ok, Naruto, I can tell you are holding beck your power, can you release it”

“Sure, but I might collapse the house. I got the perfect spot. Ok I need both of you to hold on to me and take a huge gulp of air when I say so. Otherwise the pressure change will implode you bodies”

“Huh?” Ichigo said’ “why?”

“Do you want to walk to the middle of the forest? I thought so. Ok grab on”

As they followed his directions. Naruto envisioned the location of his kunai then said, “Take that breathe now and hold it, and off we go”

They arrived in a clearing in a forest several miles from where Ichigo’s house was

“How did we get here?” Ichigo asked

“Well,” Naruto somehow whipped out some teacher like glasses and a chalk board with a super complicated explanation on it, “I can teleport to wherever this seal is located, and I slipped the seal into your back pocket, allowing me to teleport to your side. And if you look directly in front of you, you will see a kunai in a tree. The kunai has the seal on it. Did you get that all? Oh and Rukia, that is how you explain something with style.” Naruto looked over at the girl in question and saw she took out a note book and stated to take notes on his presentation

“He is almost as good as my bother” Rukia thought, “wait what did you say?”

“For you to take good notes on how to give presentations. Ok, now I can release my power. You both might want to sit down”

“I’m good bro, I can take it”

“Alright you asked for it”

Naruto released his control on his power and both of the students fell. “This is 10% of my power. Next ill double it. This is 20%.” The ground started to buckle, “this is 40%”

“This is as much power as a lieutenant or a weak captain!”

“This is 80%”

“This is almost equal to the Head Captain!”   

“And this is 100% of my own power. Just so you both know I have access to a power 10 times as strong and 100 times more potent and devastating. It leaches on others strengths and turns it into a primal fear that usually incapacitates my opponents”

“The landscape completely changed, the trees look like they went through a hurricane then a blender” Ichigo thought

Meanwhile in the 12th division

“Captain, there is an unprecedented release of power in the human world” one of the unseated soul reapers said.

“How large is it?”

“Almost as strong as the Head Captain’s”

“Interesting, interesting”
