I am releasing an exo book (Epiphany) at the same time. Which links to this bts book (wonderful confusion) and what I mean by this is that both books take place in the same universe and same timeline.
An example being-
Bts book-
Namjoon as a teacher in class.
Then Namjoon tells students off who are seated in the back for talking while he's trying to teach.
Exo book-
While in the exo book we figure out that the students he told off, are exo members and we find out what they were discussing.
So both books are linked.
It is not at all crucial to read both books.
You can just read the bts or exo one on its own and it would still make sense.
But if you want to have some links from both bands, I would encourage reading both books.
If you do choose to read both books.
It does not matter if you read the bts chapter first then exo's chapter. Either way it makes sense.
