Zoey liked how The old building was so much nicer inside. Jake kept it looking abandoned on the outside so no one would bother coming there. It looked as creepy as it can get. The color was fading and the paint chipped all along the sides. The windows covered with webs (on the outside of the windows), and the weeds were everywhere. He didn't bother taking care of the yards. Every thing looks like what you could call a grave yard and haunted house. Just the way he wanted it. But the inside... The inside was beautiful.

The lobby was the first thing you saw when you walked in. The walls were a mysterious deep dark blue. A bear rug was in the center of the floor. This room was as big and massive as you could imagine. The fire place, made of marble and stone, filled the room with warmth. The couches, white leather, each had two maroon pillows resting on them. The side tables, a golden hint to them. And the chandler!

The chandler was Zoey's favorite thing about his place. It reminder her of the one in the movie "Phantom of the Opera". It was huge, and gold. It lit up the room with a sensational feeling. The colors dancing around it like a bird flying over an ocean. Wild and free. The crystals leaving their marks on the walls. Showing off the rainbows they provided. It was the only light in the room, aside from the fireplace. Heavy black curtains draped the windows, letting no light from outside enter.

All the guys live with Jake. No point in living at home they all say.

Jake throws zoey down on the couch, a little to hard.

"Ouch!" Zoey yells

"Haha, sorry." Jake shrugs and kisses her forehead.

"Hey!! Want some chines Zoey!?? It's so good! The chef did great tonight!" Mark yells from the dinning hall.

Mark and Jake have known each other sense Pre-K. Their dads work together, and they've been friends ever sense.

"Sure!" Zoey yells back

"Wait." Jake says.

"What now Jake? I'm hungry."

"We could always eat later. Wanna watch a movie and cuddle?" Jake smiles his daring smile, challenging me to say no.

"Sounds fun. But no. I'm gonna go eat, thanks." Zoey says using the same challenging tone as he has. He might still scare her, but after being with him for three years she's finally learned when it's okay to actually stick up for herself. She sits up, but Jake pushes her back down.

"Oh come on. Knock it off." Zoey tells Jake.

She remembers the first time they met. Three years ago. He took her to the lake close by. That's when he kissed her. Leaving his mark.

"Common," she says tugging on his arm, sitting up again. He was leaning over her, but finally lets her move, "let's not leave your little gang waiting." She winks at him, hoping she'll win him over. Her stomach was really begging to hurt from the lack of food, she didn't have lunch today, dumb choice.

He shrugs his shoulders again, "Fine. If you say so." He smiles, holding her hand and walking to the dinning room.

The dinning room was long and wide. Brightly lit by candles and 3 smaller chandlers. The table was a dark oak wood. 7 chairs on each side of the table an one on each end.

Zoey had never been in the kitchen. Jake wouldn't allow it. It make Zoey a little frustrated. She loved to cook, but wasn't allowed to for some reason. She figured it was just Jake being Jake. Unreasonably immature and stubborn.

As her and Jake walked to the dinning room, which wasn't too far away from the lobby, it was on the first floor as well, she could smell the food. She hoped it tasted as good as Mark said it did.
