"Okay class. Today we have a special guest. Everyone be nice. Why don't you introduce yourself to your new classmates?"

"Hello everyone. My name is Sakura Haruno. I hope we can all get along with each other."

"Does anyone have questions for Sakura? Yes Ino."

"Why is your hair pink. Did you dye it? I think that pink is a stupid color to dye your hair. Also why is your forehead so big. Is it even natural?"

"Ino!!! I told you to be nice to your new classmate. Does anyone have any other questions? Let's see, Natsuo."

"What village did you come from Sakura?"

"My family didn't live in a ninja village, but we used to live in a civilian town in the land of stone."

"Why did you come to Konoha? You should've stayed in your own village."

"Well..."

"Natsuo I think that's enough. Does anyone have any last questio-"

"Stay away from Sasuke-kun!!"

"Ami!! I already told.. nevermind Sakura please take a seat next to Naruto..."

When Naruto got out of his apartment it was still too early in the morning. The sun was barely peaking in the horisont and the day looked beautiful, young so full of possibilities.

Well thought Naruto. Might as well put it to good use.

"I can't become Hokage without working as hard as I can." And with those words he left to go to the training grounds.

As he was almost reaching there he saw a head full of pink hair practicing some hand signs he didn't recognize, soon the air around her turned yellow in a dusty but not dirty way. It almost remind him of flower pollen in the spring. However he wasn't sure.

"Hey Sakura-chan!" He yelled while he headed twoards her.
"That was so cool t'attebayo. Was it genjutsu?"

The second sound had left his mouth the neon yellow substance dispersed in the air almost immediately.

"Naruto!" Sakura yelled while she turned around.

He stopped surprised. He hadn't expected her to actually answer.

Sakura ran as fast as possible to him and grabbed him by his shoulders. Well Naruto was definitely surprised as heck now.

"Did you inhale any of that? Tell me. Did you smell it?" Sakura practically screamed to him with a hint of fear in her usually straight voice.

"No not really. I was too far to smell it. Why Sakura-chan? What was wrong with it? You are acting really strange right now t'attebayo...." Naruto's voice slowly faded away, but the genuinity and seriousness in it couldn't be denied.

"No. It's fine." Sakura said finally, her calm and serious facade back on her face. "I just didn't want you to be hurt by that jutsu, is all... come on. We need to go to the academy or we're going to be late for the written exam."

As Sakura left twoards their old school, a genuine smile couldn't help but show itself in Naruto's face, his energetic and obnoxiously energetic personality now fully restored.

"She still cares..."
