Mikki and her cousin Yori was walking around town spending the afternoon together when Yori spotted a cafe up ahead and decided to get him and Mikki some drinks so Yori walked ahead while Mikki waited patiently sitting down on a park bench but from a distance Mikki and Yori was being followed by a guy in all blue and wearing a sombrero and eating a rock of ice Mikki took one look at the guy and thought he was just straight up weird but shrugged it off and continued to play on her phone
till she herd a scream recognizing it as Yori's scream she ran to where the scream came from where she saw everyone around the cafe frozen in a block of ice "what happened here" Mikki wondered to herself her eyes looked over to a particular person in a block of ice known as Yori causing her heart to break and Mikki panic she raised her hand to touch the ice but before she could the block of ice shattered along with everyone who was frozen causing Yori and everyone to disappear Mikki looked around for a minute until she realized that he was gone she fell to her knees and put her head in her hands to hide her tears
a few hours later Mikki did not move from her spot nor did she want to due to facing the bunch of questions coming her way when she gets home she herd a car turn up and and footsteps approach her "it seems the Ganglers paid a visit" a voice said making Mikki look up she saw an old guy in a tux "do you know something" Mikki asked "I am Kogure and theres a way to make your wish come true" Kogure said making Mikki frown Kogure pulled out a white gun (VS Changer) and a white rocket-like object "these are part of the lupin collection if you retrieve all of it my employer a descendent of Arsene Lupin will grant your wish using the secret power of the collection any wish can come true even bringing someone they thought they lost back" Kogure explained Mikki was in thought for a bit
later on Mikki was with three other people a tall older guy in a long blue jacket another guy thats slightly shorter and in red and a girl in a school uniform stood around a table in a restaurant with the VS changers and the lupin collection "we all want one thing" the girl in the school uniform said picking up her VS changer and collection piece "to get back what we've lost" Mikki said picking up her VS changer and collection piece "even if one of us falls as long as the wish comes true it doesn't matter" the guy in blue said picking up his VS changer and collection piece "we'll gather the lupin collection and get those important to us back" the guy in red said picking up his VS changer and collection piece then everyone held there VS changers in the middle
