Small towns are experiments held by some cynical scientist who wishes to watch as the people run around in a crucible until they kill each other or drive themselves mad to the point they pull the trigger themselves and splatter paint their walls with lost thoughts never heard. The sun shines and the people smile but when the sun goes down all goes to hell as evil spirits swirl around inciting chaos and trouble. It is true that everyone knows everyone, but demons whisper, and stories spread, and evil happens behind doors until BOOM the lid pops off, the bomb explodes, everything crumbles. Don't let those smiling faces fool you, the only ones who survive in small towns are those who have sold their souls or their angels taken as slaves. Their hearts of darkness consumed them, and they find comfort in long midnight talks with the devil under the cool night sky. Beware. They are the most twisted of all of us.
