Highschool days (Natsu X Reader) AU

Chapter 6

Natsu's POV

Once I woke up I made breakfast for me and Happy. Then we both went to school. When we got there I was surprised. I saw the cat but I didn't see that Nerd anywhere. I crouched down and looked at Happy. "Happy what's that cat's name?" I asked him.  He looked at her and then turned back at me.

"Winter."

I looked back at the cat and then saw little silver snowflakes on her body. The name Winter seemed to fit her. I choose Happy because when he was born he made everyone have a smile on their faces so I thought of Happy. I nodded my head at him and then moved my scarf up to my face.

Where is she. It's not normal for her to not be here.

Then the teacher came in and started the lesson. I forgot to do my homework again! And Nerd ain't here to help me. Crap! I'm dead!!

I slammed my head on the table and then looked at everyone else. It looks like Grey is panicking as well. But what for?

"Where's Y/N? It's not like her to not turn up!" The teacher said looking around.

Y/N?

Is that her name?

I looked around and saw that she's the only one that haven't turned up. So her name is Y/N. I looked at Lucy and her smirking. But why?

Did she have something to do with this?

I saw Mira and Lisanna smirking as well. I don't know what's going on but I'm sure it's bad.

I hope Lucy had nothing to do with this.

"Winter do you know what's going on with Y/N?" The teacher asked the cat.

"No miss Mavis she won't come out of her room. So I have no idea." Winter? Said

Miss Mavis looked at her and then sighed. He turned away and then told us all that today is the day that we have to work in pairs and make a project with our partner all day. But mine ain't even in today. "Natsu. You can work with Happy and Winter or you can work on your own." Mavis said to me.

I looked at her and then smiled. "Happy and Winter please." I said to her.

She nodded her head and then I carried my chair over to the two of them. Me and Happy high fived each other. And then I looked at Winter. She seemed a bit worried and anxious about something. "Are you ok?" I asked her.

"Y-Yeah. Yeah I'm good." She told me.

I can't believe her. The way she sounded it's just not believable to me. I continued to look at her. She looked at the desk and I looked at Happy. Then the teacher (Mavis) told us that we can start. So me, Happy and Winter started to work on our project. Winter kept on making mistakes but that didn't stop her from carrying on. Then Mavis told us all that it was time for our break.

"Winter was it?" I said looking at the blue car with sliver snowflakes on her body.

She looked at me and then nodded her head. "Well what happened to that Nerd? I know something did. She's always in school." I said to her.

"All I know is that she got beat up by Lucy Heartfilia, Mirajane and Lisanna yesterday. And now she won't come out of her room. It was bad." Winter told me.

My eyes widened and I looked at her with anger filling up inside of me. "Don't lie. It's not nice to make up things about others." I said in a low whisper so only Happy and Winter can hear me.

She looked at me with the death stare. Then some light appeared and Winter changed into a girl with white hair and a blue bow. She was wearing a white and blue dress as well. Her eyes was a shimmering sapphire like eyes.

Happy looked at her and I saw him blush? He only does that to Carla. I can't believe that he likes someone else and he didn't even tell me that he does. Then again even if he did tell me about Winter I wouldn't know who she is.

All of us continued on with our project once our break was over.

~~Time skip~~

It's now the end of the day and Y/N didn't turn up. Which is really unlike her. I saw Winter looking for a job but there was only ones that a group of four could go on. So she gave up. I wonder if that Nerd is ok?

Yeah she might be a Nerd but she's still part of the Fairy Tail family.

So of cause I'm worried.

Once the bell rang I got up and put my chair back. I looked at Winter which she explained to me that that's her battle form. I turned to my girlfriend and looked at her.

She wouldn't do anything like that to someone would she?

Nah she wouldn't. Lucy is the most kindest and she cares about people she's also the most considerate girl I have ever met. So of cause she didn't do it. She couldn't have.

Right?
