Chapter 9

Natsu's POV

"Natsu!?"

I heard my being called so I turned to the person who said it. There stood Lucy. My girlfriend. I looked at her with disappointing eyes. I turned to her and then opened my mouth. "did you know what you was doing to her?" I asked Lucy. She looked at me and smiled.

But I could tell that was a fake one. She moved her eyes to Y/N and gave a death stare. "I can't be with anyone that wants to hurt people. Especially when they come from Fairy Tail." I said to her. She looked at me and then bowed her head. When she raised it tears was forming in her eyes.

"What are you saying?" She asked me.

"I'm saying that we. Are done." I said to her.

I saw Lucy's eyes widened as I told her that well it would be shock to anyone. I turned back at Y/N and saw her looking at the floor. She was shocked as well. "What!? Your leaving me for that hoe?" Lucy said to me. I looked at her and then opened my mouth.

"No. She ain't a hoe. And like I said at the beginning we're done." I said back to her. 

Lucy looked back at Y/N and I could tell that she wanted to end Y/N's life. But I won't let that happen Y/N have been through enough of pain and she doesn't deserve to die. I stepped in front of Y/N and Lucy looked at me with heartbroken eyes. She then ran away down through the corridor until we could never see her.

I looked back at Y/N and I saw her looking at the floor. Seemed shocked that I did that. I helped her up and then walked out. I saw Happy and Winter standing there looking at us with a smile I smiled at them both and then started to walk. I was carrying Y/N bridle style out of the school and to her apartment which I forgot the direction to and had Winter to direct us.

When we finally got there I put Y/N down on her couch and then sat down next to her but with a seat in between us. Winter and happy looked at the both of us and then Winter went into the kitchen. I turned to Y/N and I saw her looking at the floor.

She's like a doll.

I have no idea what to do right now but I am worried about her. I can't stand her like this. It's not right. And now that I think back Everytime someone would say something like that to her she would just take it with a smile, but she couldn't handle the pain of everyone calling her names and whatever they did to her. She couldn't take it and she need something to relieve her.

But why did she have to turn to cutting?

Reader-Chan's POV

Why are they here?

They never cared about me and my life before so why now?

They want something. I know they do. How come Winter believes them after what they keep calling me or what Natsu kept on telling his girlfriend to do? I know Lucy would do anything for Natsu and Nastu would do anything for Lucy.

"Why did you help me?" I asked Natsu.

He turned his head towards me and he had a shocked but happy expression on his face, he really is weird.

"Your ok! Are you hungry? Do you need a drink?" He asked me in a rush. I looked at him.

My eyes had nothing but a cold look in them. I held no emotion towards him. If I don't expect anything from him then I won't become disappointed will I?

"Answer my question." I stated coldly.

Natsu looked at me and then looked like he wanted to remember what I asked him so I gave up and said it again. "Why did you help me?" I asked again. He looked at me and then smiled.

"I couldn't let a friend stay like that could I?" He said to me.

Death stare.

That's what I have him when he said that to me.

"I'm not your friend." I told him.

He looked at me and then looked down. Now I couldn't see his eyes. "I know I don't deserve to be your friend. But I will gain your trust someday." He told me. I moved my eyes towards him.

"I will never trust you." I told him.

I will never trust him, how could he think that I will?

For all I know he might have "dumped" Lucy just for show. To let me drop my guard so then I will trust him but no. I will never trust him ever!

Winter and happy came back in and Winter was carrying food for us all. I took mine and then went up to my room. I didn't want to be there with them. And tomorrow I need to take a job. For crying out loud!

I am going to have to ask Winter to get a job for me tomorrow.

But I will never talk to Natsu or go back any time soon.

If only I wasn't such a fool back then and take Natsu seriously.
