When Mike and friends left the diner they saw a metal dragon.
Mike asked, "what is that?!?"
Zap Man replied "wale you two were trying to get the glove, I worked on means of transportation."
The metal dragon said, "Mike it's so great to see you again!"
Mike said "what?"
"I'm your friend Sparky from the digital world."
"Sparky!!!!!"he said as he ran toward the dragon to give him a hug.
Mike said "how long has it been, you know in digital world?"
"20 years, I have a wife and 3 kids, want to know there names?"
"OK ."
"The wife's name is Jill and the kids in age order Adam, Bariy and cal."
"OK probably not going to need that info on hour quest but whatever."
Jacob Finley made his way out of the diner.
He said, "cool you guys have a dragon!"
"And apparently he is married"
Dan said, "everyone on it's going to be a bumpy ride."
Everyone got on Sparky and he took of.
"So can I ask ware we are going?"Sparky asked
Jacob replied, "The Cave Of magic and yes that is a real thing."
Dan asked, "where is the Cave Of Wonders."
"The rippling hills of Arabeu."
"OK, well let's go"
As they flow over the city's they saw steel buildings as far as the eye can see and on the horizon the buildings seemed to get bigger and bigger.
Mike asked"when are we going to get out of the city?"
Jacob liked his finger and shot it up into the air then he grabbed out a pair of high tech binoculars.
Jacob said "at the speed that we're going, about a week."
"Can Sparky go any faster?"
Zap Man said "I'm the one providing the thrust, Sparky is using a V,R headset to steer."
"Why can't he do it all."
"Because I didn't have eanuf time."
"I was gone for four hours"
"Do you know how long it takes to program a regular V,R headset!" Jacob raised his hand "no, you don't because your a game programmer not a mechanic programmer! My point is it takes a lot of energy to make a reverse V,R headset not to mention making portals to and from the digital world."
"I thought you could only make one portal a week."Song Bird said skeptically?
"I got an extension to my power."
"OK ."
Mike asked to change the subject "so Jacob you raised your hand when Zap Man asked me if I know how long it took to program a V,R headset, what was that about."
Jacob started crying sniff sniff
Jacob replied trying to calm himself down "I'm fine, it was one of my majors."
"What are your majors?"
"I'm an engineer a mechanic programmer and a genetic modifier, you know the flying fox bat, that was a genetic mistake."
Still fly over the top of buildings they rode off into the sunset.
