Yellow walked with haste to the large conference room. In the center sat a large table with three large chairs around it. Each of the chairs color coded to match it's respective Diamond. At the head sat White's chair. To her right Yellow's and the left, Blue's. White sat and pulled up her screen.

Yellow sat and crossed one leg over the other. She pulled up her own screen glancing in White's direction. "What is the meaning of this, White?"

White placed her head in her hand and gazed upon Yellow. "You seem not to be able to get rid of the human's rebellious spirit. And honestly, Starlight, it looks bad." She smirked. "You are embarrassing us, Yellow."

Yellow gripped the arm rest on her chair, nearly breaking it off. "Is it my fault that you insisted that these humans be slaves?" She hissed.

White chuckled. "We are Diamonds. Our subjects are gems. These organics should not be able to overpower us. You are weak." She shot at Yellow. "As is your court."

Yellow stood in anger. "I am the most feared Diamond commander in this galaxy and hundreds of others. My court outnumbers your own, so watch your mouth."

White stood and placed her hand on Yellow's shoulder and squeezed. "Sit." She said as she zapped Yellow.

Yellow nearly screamed at the pain of White's powers flowing through her gem. She reluctantly sat back down and swiped White's hand away from her.

White sat and crossed her legs. "Now, back to more important matters." She said expanding her screen so Yellow could see. "We should add some of my own guard here and here." She said pointing to the map of the colony.

Yellow rubbed her shoulder, barely listening to what White was saying. How had she put up with her for nearly seven thousand years? Yellow never understood how she could have loved White. How she let those words slip from her lips.

"Yellow?" White asked and pulled Yellow from her thoughts.

Yellow shook her head and nodded. "Do what you wish. You'll do it anyway, I don't know why you need to run it by me." She shrugged with distaste.

"Is it wrong if I just wanted to come see you?" White asked.

Yellow looked at White and scooted her chair away from the larger Diamond. "Yes, it is. I am nothing but a colleague to you at this point."

"Oh, Yellow, you didn't miss me?" White cooed.

"Why would I miss you? We are nothing to each other. You are simply a mistake from my past." Yellow said dryly.

White almost seemed hurt by the words coming from Yellow. They were like knives. "Sharp as ever, my Starlight. Those words hurt me, Yellow."

"Since when did you have feelings for anyone but yourself. Besides, if this is all you wished to share with me, I'll be going now. Blue is not well and I need to tend to her." Yellow said as she stood again.

"Ah, yes, your sick mate. Why do you care for that mistake of a Diamond? She couldn't even colonize the simplest of planets." White sighed. "That poor defective gem."

Yellow turned in rage and charged her powers. She walked up to White and slapped her, sending a shock through her body. "DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK OF BLUE IN SUCH A MANNER!" She growled and prepared to hit the larger Diamond again.

White gasped, felling Yellow's power flow through her. She saw Yellow's hand coming for her again and caught it by her wrist. "Enough." She stated as she threw Yellow across the room.

Yellow gasped as she hit the floor with a loud thud. She growled and lifted herself. "Take it back." She hissed.

"I will not." White hissed back. "You could have been seated on the highest throne, by my side. You could have had the perfection that is me. But you chose a defective gem as your mate. You flaunted her around homeworld and the galaxies near and far. What a shame. You are weak, Yellow."
