Screams echoed in the venue, fans pushed each other trying to find a way out while a group of people bursted in the hall from each gate. There were big guns and explosives in their hands. They had already shot a few times and threw some of them on stage while every idol ducked or tried to hide. However, those who were on the front of the stage weren't as lucky.

"Jennie-ah!" Lisa shouted from behind me, yanking Jisoo's arm and running towards the girl.

The venue was a mess, the group of people started shooting again and there were a lot of fans who had started fainting and some who were ran over by others.

"What the shit is going on?" Jihyo hissed and ran to join Jisoo and Lisa, Seungwan and Sooyoung following behind her.

I was frozen in place with my microphone in hand as I hovered above Jennie, watching life draining out of her. Momo quickly came to drag me away, but I resisted. I dropped my microphone on the stage and felt my tears run down my cheek, my head throbbing in pain. The sound of whimpers and mumbling were now clearly heard to the venue, the staff had left, no one was there to turn off the microphone or the lights.

"Dahyun!" Momo shouted, hugging my crying figure. Everything was happening so fast and I couldn't take my eyes off of Jennie, her own were shut and blood was splattered everywhere.

"I could have done something" I mumbled as more shots were fired. By then, some of the security staff had decided to not only help the people attending but us too, who where all still on stage, trying to find a way to get away without dying.

"If anyone of you moves, you're dead!" a man shouted under his mask and played with the explosive on his hands, handing them to another girl next to him after a couple of minutes.

"Dayhun, let's go!" Momo kept telling me, wipping my tears and holding my hand.

"I could have some something, anything"

However, I still didn't move a muscle. I could feel the blood on my clothes burning through them and on my skin. It was as if I was in hell, drowning in the sea that is my sins and left to die there, hopelessly screaming but not being heard.

Another shot came and another, and another. I fell on my back while clutching my stomach. Momo kept shouting, searching for someone to help but no one was there.

I could make out Jisoo and Lisa trying to wake Jennie up and Rosé vomiting on the side of the stage. My vision slowly started to get blurry as Jihyo helped Wendy and Sooyoung sneak backstage while Chaeyoung rushed by Rosé's side, catching her as she, too, fainted.

"Look at me" Momo's voice sounded and I moved my gaze towards her face. She was beautiful as always, even with blood running down the side of her face.

Groans and moans of pain sounded as a few of the participants in the concert tried to fight the people in black, ending up on the ground and getting beaten up.

Momo kept talking to me, yet I couldn't hear. I focused on the tall figure hovering above her while she had knelt down to look at me. I tried to call out, tell her that someone was behind her. But, I couldn't. The words I thought I was screaming came out as soft whispers and soon I was getting really tired.

The venue was slowly emptying, bodies laid everywhere while the security staff tried to take down the team in black. They were running around everywhere, shooting and destroying equipment. It was hard for the four guards that remained to chase after so many people when unarmed.

"Babe, hold on--" Momo tried to say but stopped as she felt the cold barrel of a gun touch the back of her head. Her bloody hands shook as she wiped my face, not liking that I had blood all over me. She flashed a small smile and looked down at the hand that was clutching my stomach and moved her own on top of it, adding pressure.

My eyes rolled back, I couldn't help the tiredness that took over my body. I was fighting, fighting to stay awake and look at her as she brushed my hair out of my face.

"Do it" Momo sighed before everything went black and another shot startled the few alive people that were in the venue.

A/N:  hey hey, please don't hate me.

i think i said this in my previous book too, but it would mean a lot if you checked thequadraticformula out. their works are amazing and im probably re-reading them when i get the time. their writing style is beautiful and the emotion all of their books convey is truly moving. everything written by them seems realistic which is something you don't find often in fan fiction (obviously) and i appreciate it.

please enjoy their stories as i go figure out why the shit are my DMs still gone!
