Isaacs POV

Ugh, why am I stuck with her? I thought as she wandered out to obviously find me and dad.

As she walked over to us, disgust and hate crept into my eyes and when she said something to dad, I couldn't help reply,

"Whatever Macey you dont know anything."

People think that we are brother and sister but when I was 14, I found our birth certificates and because curiosity always kills the cat, I had to look.

She was born to a different set of parents but they must have given her away. After that I knew why my parents treated her better, it's because she was given up. They probably don't realise I'm their eldest and rightful child not a girl who was given away. So ever since I looked, I have just been awful to Macey and the thing is that I don't want to stop, it's like a drug being awful to her and bullying her.

Before I looked we were as thick as thieves, always pranking people at school and at home we just watched gory films which we classed as our brother and sister bonding time.

~Macey's POV~

I don't understand why Isaac hates me so much, it's like he's a different person as before we got on like a house on fire. We always was there for each other, on family holidays we use to sing songs together and make smores but then he changed.

Now he is just a different person to who he was. He a always makes horrible retorts and snide comments either in front of my face or behind by back in front of his friends. Why does he do this to me does he not understand how much pain he is putting me through? He is not the brother I once knew but a stranger in the family.

I walked away from him and my dad, into the forest so I could explore it. The trees as they got further away from the house got even more beautiful than the dark ewe surrounding the house. They varied from majestic oak trees, big beech trees and my favourite the tree. The leaves seemed to get more golden and there is more animals scurrying around. They didn't seem as intimidated as I thought they would be. Around the house there are no animals apart from birds that cawed and croaked. Around me now there are squirrels and a herd of deer munching on the evergreen surrounding the trees.
