Wizards: Top of the rank. Not necessarily the most powerful but are held in value more than anyone else. Their family blood originates from the first dwellers to ever use magic and though they are not in scarcity, they hold a huge stronghold on who they get married to or not. they are in charge of the ruling.
Enchantresses:Second in rank. Much more powerful than Wizards but held in a lower rank. Their family blood always remains pure. no matter who an enchantress marries their children end up being enchantresses. they are so rare because most enchantress children tend to die once born. their jobs are to sit around and look pretty, most having shops or chambers in which they used to control their powers. Enchantresses are not allowed to go to school, mostly because they don't need it. They only have to think about what spells they want and it's automatically cast, instead, they have maids who tend to their every need and teach them lessons. Most wizards want to marry enchantresses, but it takes a lot of courage to even fall in love with them. They are their own boss when they are angry or even mildly upset. Are all refered to as master or mistress.
Enchanters: Third in rank. Basically, like wizards but are not as strong due to not having original blood. They make up a huge 55% of the population. they are the working class and have normal jobs and duties. They can't go as far as ruling but they can come pretty close depending on their powers. In some rare cases, prodigies are discovered to have powers likely to that of an enchantress, but not nearly as strong or pretty, they still have to go to school though.
Magicians: Fourth in rank. These are just people who either mistakenly fell into the magic realm through a portal and have given up on finding a way out or people who have learned how to travel through portals by accident. Unlike the other ranks, they need a magic wand to be able to cast spells or do anything of the sort. Magic wands are government licensed and controlled, but not so hard to acquire. On some occasions, magicians mistakenly open up tiny portals and random objects or rabbits come flying through.
