The Edit Hero

1. Weak

Izuku Midoriya, a middle schooler in a world full of strong amazing and awesome super powers, Quirks. 20% of the people on the world are quirkless but he's 'lucky' he has a quirk even when it's supposed to be weak.

Flashback~

" MOMMY MOMMY ! Will my quirk be awesome ?! Just like All Mights ?! Will it be fire like dad ? Will it be a strong telekinesis ? O and and an- " His mother giggled at his antics and many excited questions " No matter what quirk you have it will be awesome my little cinnamon roll " Inko said with the softest voice possible for humans.

Inko Midoriya a housewife and loving Mother with dark green long hair and a wonderful body for her age. Izuku Midoriya is the son of Inko Midoriya and ¶∆π÷×√• |°=©™✓¶∆÷π.  He's a very happy boy and likes Hero's . He also wants to be a hero. Just like his all time idol All Might who rescues people with a fearless smile and never even left one behind to die, he helps everyone.

But the world isn't like any other world should be, it has quirks. Quirks a powers that sometimes in the past began to develop on the human race. Today 20% of the population are quirkless. The majority of them are older people above 50 and only 2% are newborns. In this world you're not "cool" or "famous" when you have incredible weak quirks or you are quirkless.

We follow now Izuku Midoriya to his goal to become the strongest hero to ever Live.

Another Flashback~

" Are we going to find out what my quirk is ?! " Asked an super excited lil Izuku. " Yes, we are going to the doctor right now u dummy " said Inko giggling while Izuku pouted in the cutest way possible " I'm not a dummy ! " He protested cute as ever. " Ok ok, you're not a dummy , but we're here " said Inko and they both got out of the car.

While Inko walked normally Izuku ran at full speed in the doctors office.

After a while they were called out.
" So miss Midoriya you're here with your son for a quirk test am I right? " Asked the female doctor " Yes we're here for a quirk test" " Alright let's begin, come with me young man" so he did and after dozens of tests the results were announced.

"So Miss Midoriya your son Izuku has indeed a quirk but I would say it isn't that suited for hero work" Even when these words hurt not as much as if would said hes quirkless but he dropped his toy and wouldn't believe that even when he has a quirk he couldn't be a hero. "S-so what's his quirk" asked Inko fearing something worse.

"So he can edit every not living thing just with his mind and also can use telekinesis but only on this edited material but he needs to touch it before he edits it. So that's actual extremely powerful but the downside is that he can't edit anything or lift that's heavier than 3 kg by now. He probably can exceed that limit with body training. And last but not least he need to know what and into what he want to turn it before he manipulates it. So that means he probably has to be on the lvl of a University professor in his Highschool years to be a useful Hero" That was really serious shit right here.
