I hate the second day of school! I hope it goes well. I have no clue what I'm wearing today.

RING! RING! RING! RING! There goes my phone. Oh, look at that. It's Angela.

"Hey girl! I have a problem... I need help, like a lot of help." I can only think of something really stupid, like her outfit.

"Hey... What is your problem today? Is it super bad?"

"Well it's not my clothes if that's what you were thinking. I think something is wrong. You need to get your ass over here now!"

"Why? And no I did not think it was, (Ahem). You want me to come to your house?"

"YES! I need you here with me right now."

Well, I suppose I will go. I can't believe it isn't about her outfit. I just don't want it to be anything bad. Her parents are out of town for the month at some stupid thing they are doing. I can't even remember that word it's called, because that's how stupid it is

KNOCK! KNOCK! She needs to answer. I can't think of anything that could be bad still. KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Oh Layla, I'm so happy you're here. I want you to help me and be here with me when I open my sisters door. I know I haven't been here for her like I should have."

"Umm... Okay? I bet she is just fine. Ugh! Lets go open the door then."

We open the door. Holy great mother of pearls uncle! I wish I could just erase all that we saw. Now I really need to be here for Angela.

"Shondra? Shondra? Wake up! Damn you, WAKE UP!"

I go and get the phone and call 911.

"Hello, 911. What's your emergency?"

"I need an ambulance! Like right now... My friends sister... Oh god! Please get one over here right now!"

"Can you tell me where you're at? I need to know the address."

"I'm at a friends. She lives at 339 Jackson Ave. I need them now. I'm so scared. She is just lying there."

"Calm down. I need you to stay on the line. Is she breathing?"

"I can't tell. Oh god! Oh god!"

The ambulance came. I told Angela I will let the school know what is going on. I don't want to remember what we saw. It was such a bad scene. I feel so bad.

Well school is definitely not the same. I hate homework. Hell, I even arrived late and got a detention! Like seriously! What school does that?

...

It's now dinner time. Yep! My mother made some spaghetti. I actually LOVE her spaghetti! I tell her that and then she's always like 'Yeah right. You don't say it any other time that you LOVE me or LOVE anything else.

I hate how she's always like that. She doesn't think I love her. I do though. I don't know if I even said anything close to 'I hate you', so I don't know what her problem is.

"Ezekiel, how do you like the spaghetti?"

"It is delicious! I never had it before in my life!"

"Really? Well now you have. You even helped make it. Now you can make it for your parents."

"Maybe. If I remember how to put it together."

Well, she had nothing to say to me. How mean of her?! I wish she would be nice and talk to me. I am a human being!

I can't wait for the weekend. NOT! I'm going to hate it if she is like this the whole time.

RING... RING... RING...

"Hello?"

"Hey, Layla. I'm so exhausted after today. I wished it never happened."

"I bet. Maybe take a nap or come over and sleep if its too awkward for you there. We can do a girls night."

"That would be nice. I might just take you up on that. Could you walk over to my house and walk with me over? I really need someone."

"Yeah, I can do that. I just need to get my shoes on. Then I will be out the door."

"Okay! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. You are my best friend ever."

"Awe, you're my best friend also."

My mom decided to take me over. I told her I am walking. I don't care what she has to say about it neither.

It's a little after 9 P.M. Angela has gotten some stuff together. I can tell its hard for her. She got her facial stuff and nail polish. All that stuff us girls do.

On the walk home, it was freezing. I hate it. I didn't bring a fridging coat. Yes, fridging! I make up words and I don't care.

"Finally, warmth! Haha..."

"Yeah, what you said."

We get the facials on and watch a comedy. I am loving this night, now! It's because Angela is over here.

"You ready for school tomorrow?"

"I'm not really sure. I want to just stay home. Oh you know what sounds fun?"

"Skipping!? I want to skip. I don't care if its only the third day of school. I have just been through too much."

"That's true. I will tell my mom we don't want to because you will get sad again. I bet she will let us."

"I bet she will, also."

I asked my mom and she said YES! I bet you can't believe that. Since she's always mean to me.
