"hyuck?" jaemin asked, while munching the chips jeno gave him earlier.

the mentioned looked at him, abandoning his phone that was on the table. "yeah?"

jaemin took a deep breath before answering, "i don't get it..."

"what?" donghyuck asked.

"i met my ex earlier... at the coffee shop accross the school." jaemin said, his nose scrunching.

the other male's eyes widened, "and then?? you didn't accept his sorry ass again, am i right???"

the other shook his head, "surprisingly, i didn't..." he said, now drinking his bubble tea. "it's only a few days, but i was surprised when i didn't break down on front of him." he sighed.

he added, "he was even an asshole for thinking that i can't get over him. well surprise, fucker, i'm over you."

donghyuck raised a brow, "you aren't kidding me right now, aren't you?" he asked.

the taller boy shook his head, "i'm not, i swear." he smiled weakly.

"that's good then." he eyed the snacks jaemin was feasting on and raised a brow. "i thought you forgot your wallet at home? how the hell were you able to buy the biggest size of bubble tea?!"

"oh, that.." jaemin chuckled nervously. "jeno gave me the chips and renjun bought the bubble tea." he said, showing donghyuck a peace sign.

"wow, you got two boyfriends now?" donghyuck gasped.

jaemin playfully hit his arm, "no!" he took a deep breath. "that's another thing i'm thinking about..."

"what is?"

jaemin sighed, "the two of them are messing with my mind." he took a sip. "the two of them are showing intentions but i don't wanna misunderstand them. plus, there's two of them. how can i be in a relationship with two people at the same time. besides, aren't they already dating? mark hyung said that they're dating. so why are they coming to me?" he didn't noticed that he was already rambling and was talking non stop.

"hyuck, i don't want a relationship to be ruined because of me." jaemin covered his face using his hands. "donghyuck~" he said.

"are you crying?" donghyuck asked.

"what?" jaemin just noticed that tears were already streaming from his eyes. "why am i crying?" he asked himself, chuckling as he wiped his tears away.

donghyuck took a deep breath and patted the other on his shoulder, "perhaps... do you like one from them?" he asked cautiously. he didn't want jaemin to break down even more.

jaemin stopped rubbing his eyes and looked at donghyuck in the eye, "perhaps... i like the two of them."

"what—"

"right, nobody would believe me... what am i saying." jaemin sighed. "i just broke up with my boyfriend and here i am, already liking someone. and it's not just someone, you could call it as some two. what would people call me? a slut?"

donghyuck could only smile at the younger. "you know, you already told me a lot of things, guess it's my turn to tell something?"

jaemin looked at donghyuck and nodded, "sure, why not?"

"i, too, had a break up, a few weeks ago. you know that, right?" he asked, and jaemin nodded. "i don't know what sorcery happened, but all of my problems seemed to disappeared when i approached mark?"

"wow, you aren't calling him hyung?" jaemin scoffed, but then his eyes widened upon realizing something. "don't tell me—"

donghyuck nodded, completely knowing what jaemin's about to say. "i like mark hyung... but to answer your question, i don't call him hyung because i don't like to." he stuck his tongue out, making jaemin roll his eyes.

the two of them sighed, "by the way, chenle and jisung seems to be in the best terms among all of us." jaemin said.

donghyuck nodded, "you noticed?" he then looked around to see if there were any signs of the two, but there were none. "jisung's really protective of chenle. he doesn't even let anyone get near him? like, what?"

the other male laughed, "he told me that the reason why he doesn't let anyone go near chenle is because they might hurt him." he sighed. "oh, and he told me another thing."

"and that is?" donghyuck raised a brow.

"he told me he likes chenle."

donghyuck could only roll his eyes at jaemin, "next time, please tell me something i don't know."

"how did you even know that? i am offended." jaemin gasped.

donghyuck raised a brow, "it's so obvious."

silence took over them for a while until donghyuck decided to talk.

"i don't know that entering that club would cause major love confusion." he sighed. "it's to mend broken hearts, but why did i find someone else instead?"

"you're right..." jaemin nodded. "but we can't say anything right now because we aren't sure if the feelings are even mutual."

"of course it's mutual for you." donghyuck snorted. "who would reject na jaemin aside from his stupid ex?" he raised a brow. "only an asshole would do that."

that honestly made jaemin laugh, "i know, right? who would dare?" he said, joining the other male's trip.

donghyuck sighed, "it's me who's currently hopeless."

"why would you even say that?"

"because, look at you guys." donghyuck said, sitting properly. "jeno and renjun are obviously concerned for you. i mean, they wouldn't buy you snacks and always check on your condition if they don't care about you, right?" he said.

he added, "chenle and jisung are obviously in love with each other so i won't go further into details."

"but hyuck, their intentions could purely be friendly, and i'm the only delusional one here who's thinking that they like me. plus, they are already dating each other." jaemin said.

donghyuck shook his head and patted jaemin's shoulder repeatedly, "jaemin, my friend... in love, nothing's impossible."

"what the fuck are you saying?" jaemin laughed. "you look stupid."

"yah!" donghyuck said in a warning tone and rolled his eyes. "but anyways, back to what i was saying, if they both consent to it, then they can also love you."

"what sorcery?"

"i know, my friend... i know." donghyuck nodded repeatedly.

he sighed, "for now... let's just hope?"

"hoping it is." jaemin sighed.
