You're sick, you are missing work just because of this stupid cold. You miss Gerard, he talks to you as much as he can but ever since he went on tour you haven't been able to see him as much. You hear something, a crash maybe? The sound was muffled, it was coming from the downstairs. Your heartbeat increases dramatically you notice the baseball bat behind your bedroom door, and remember how cute Gerard was when he gave it to you, you remember him saying "If anything ever happens when I'm not home just call 911 and hide under the bed with this and I will protect you no matter where I am." You stood up and started to feel lightheaded but didn't care and carried on down stairs thinking you could handle whatever was down there. When you got to the bottom the door was closed and locked, you stared thinking nothing had happened, that you were delusional from your illness. BANG! nope someone was in the house you knew the noise came from the kitchen. Well shit you thought to yourself although you knew you could handle yourself. You crept into the kitchen and.... You see Gerard! You scream you had no idea. He wasn't supposed to be home for another 2 weeks and that was only for 3 days! He playfully yelled at you for not being in bed and resting. You thought to yourself what was I supposed to do? Then you realized how amazing it was for him to be home. You listened to him and went up stairs. He said he'd be up in a few minutes. You waited in an bed of tissues you thought how gross it was and wanted to clean up for him, but knew he wouldn't care, you knew he loved you. You could see him coming up the stairs almost wobbling he had something in his hands? A bowl! A steaming bowl? Soup! He slightly moved the door came to the bed and sarcastically said "Don't say I never gave you anything." then kissed you on the forehead. He held you while you were eating your soup. When you finished he held you closer and started singing to you. You sighed this was everything you wanted. You didn't want him to ever leave but knew that he was changing people's lives and then you were okay and then got lost in his voice.
