Basically most of the kids in South Park are suffering mental issues and have been sent to revive 'help' and treatment!
There is solitary confinement (when you're bad) then their is rooms (you get a roommate too!) you can play cards and eat lunch and interact with the others at free time (10am to 9pm) no visitors are allowed! Only letters! (That get confiscated after you read them!)
