All of the South Park citizens have been turned into monsters. At first everyone was freaking out and now people are calmly living their lives with their monster appearance/abilities. Sadly no one can leave South Park due to the president putting a giant wall around South Park. Luckily food still gets delivered to grocery stores and life is still normal. Just the way it was before.
