Chapter 2: Love At First Sight (Part 1)

       I walk into Starbucks and begin to scan the shop for Nick. I finally spot her sitting at a table for two, looking down at her phone. "Hey!" I say as I sit down to face her.  She looks up from her phone and smiles."Hey! I was beginning to think you were lost or something." She says with a slight chuckle. I giggle. A waitress makes her way over to our table hands Nick and I drinks. "Whoa, when did your order these?" I ask as I happily sip away on my drink. "Before you came." Nick replies. She takes a sip of her drink. "So, Y/N, are you by any chance a Marvel fan?" I smile at her. "Are you serious? I love Marvel!" She grins from ear to ear. "I have a surprise for you!" She says with excitement in her voice. I give her a curious look. "What do you mean?" She is so excited she is practically jumping up and down in her chair. "You will never believe what just happened... I bought two tickets for the Spider-Man Homecoming premiere!" My jaw drops. 

     "Wow! Really? That's so cool! I bet you'll have so much fun there, Nick!" She lets out a giggle. "What?" I asked confused. She smiles. "Um, Y/N, I bought two tickets for me and you. You're coming with me!" 

     "What?" I say grinning. "Really! Nick, I don't know what to say!" I say jumping up and down. "Ok, i'll pick you up next week." She says. We both leave the store with excitement.

     "Y/N! Nicks here!" My mom yells as I run down the stairs. "Bye honey! Have fun!" She says giving me a hug goodbye. "Bye mom! See ya later!" I run out the door and jump into Nick's car. "You ready?" She asks with a smile. I smile back. "Let's go!" 

     We arrive at the premiere. I see cameras and microphones everywhere. I look over at Nick and smile. I can see how excited she is. "Y/N, I can't believe we are actually here!" I nod my head. "Yeah, I mean, this is crazy!" She look at me and blushes. "Y/N, I don't think I've told you yet but, I kinda have a big time celebrity crush on Tom Holland. That's why I bought the tickets." We both giggle. "I don't blame you," I say with a slight chuckle. "I mean, he is pretty cute." We both beam with excitement as we run off to meet our favorite Marvel superhero. 

     I sat down to give my feet a break from standing all day. I saw Nick push through the crowd as she ran over to me. "Y/N, Tom Holland is having a meet and greet right now! We could take a picture with him and get his autograph!" We both jump up and down bursting with enthusiasm. I grin from ear to ear. "Nick! That's amazing! We have to go!" She grabbed my wrist and pulled my through the crowd into a line. "Is this it?" I ask. "OF course it is! Who else would have the longest line?" I giggle. 

     About an hour goes by until we are second in line. I look over at Nick as she starts to have a panic attack. "Nick are you ok?" I ask with concern. She looks over at me and smiles. "Yeah. I'm so nervous. I about to me THE Tom Holland!" I smile. She must have a massive crush on him. I see the people in front of us leave. It's our turn.

     As we walk further we can see the famous Spider-Man Homecoming cast. Nick leans over to whisper into my ear. "I can't believe it's actual.y them. Look! There's Jacob, Harrison, Zendaya and.... OMG! It's TOM!" I giggle. I love how excited she is. But, to be honest I am too. We walk up to the cast and take a couple pictures. I'm so excited I can't stop smiling. We get a couple autographs and say our goodbyes. I notice Tom looking at me in a way I have never seen before. As we leave I can see Tom whisper something to Harrison. Harrison stares at me and smiles. What's that about?
