The day you told your parents about the tumour in your breasts was the saddest day of their lives
Okinawa, Japan.
Your mother gasped in shock and held her chest as your father stared expressionless into the distance, unable to fathom that his poor, young daughter had been cursed with breast cancer.
And yet, not a sting of worry would run down your spine. You instead smiled at your parents with love in your eyes and a reassuring grin on your lips, delighted to inform them of news you always knew.
"It's okay, mother. It's alright, father. You are not to worry, I will be healed in under a day."
They would stare at you with confusion. Cancer was a known fatal disease, the luck of a miracle would be the only way one could survive its horror.
But your confidence as you told them this would be over soon, it didn't make sense.
Nothing you said made sense....
Except, perhaps.
Except to you.
Two years ago, back whence you were vacationing in Morioh Town by the beach and villas, you had broken your leg climbing down from a fence.
It was no mistake. Your ankle was twisted in a morbid sense and your femur bone was visible from the side of your bleeding thigh.
The pain was unimaginably excruciating, so bad that it put you to sleep under the frying sun.Just before you could pass out, however, a stranger hovered above you.
You could not see his face, neither his skin. Only his broad, muscled back as he aided your leg, and his unique, stylish hair cut.One more thing caught your eyes, however. The man who aided your leg was no doctor, nor was he a med student.
He was a mere middle school student who had the power of a 「S T A N D」It was unmistakeable. You didn't know what the large, blue spirit with pink hues beside him was up until you had obtained your own stand a year later.
The same year you were going through the newspapers and read about the fastest growing doctor in all of Japan, known to heal any wound possible.
You did not recognise his face. But you could familiarise that haircut anywhere.Higashikata Josuke was his name. The doctor you could trust with absolutely any single wound on your body.
The doctor who happened to be a stand user. He was the one you would go to for your cancer."It's okay, mother. It's alright, father. You are not to worry, I will be healed in under a day."

5:00 PM.The beeping of your life support was the only thing you could count as you laid half-unconscious in the medical bed.
Morioh Town.
You had trained yourself to wake up from anaesthesia just at the right moment.
By counting the life support's beeping, you hold your breath for 5 seconds after 10 beeps, then take in a huge breath.
10 beeps, 5 seconds. 10 beeps, 5 seconds. This would keep you awake and alert your brain to ignore the anaesthesia travelling in your bloodstream.
The reason Josuke would put his patients under anaesthesia, you pondered, seemed odd at first.
His 「C R A Z Y D I A M O N D」could heal a patient in under a minute, so why bother with the anaesthesia?
Is it to hide the fact that he's a stand user from possible stand users coming in as patients? Or is it to avoid questions and curiosity when an operation that should take hours is done in under 10 seconds?
