I walk around the school,head down. I didn't think Jeremy would just...Do that. He couldn't even pick between a person he's known for 12 damn years, and a girl he barely talks to...I sigh and start listening to Bob Marley over my headphones,bobbing my head to the tune. I bump into someone. "Oh,sorry." I say I wasn't looking at where I was going. "It's fine...wait...Michael?" Of all people that I had to run into,it just had to be her. "It's been so long since I've seen you or Jeremy." I refuse to talk to her so I just respond with a cold. "Mhm..." She looks down at her skirt. "Look,Michael,I'm sorry. I didn't expect him to make that choice either...But it's his decision. We can't choose for him." Tears threatened to fall,I had a memory of the Halloween Party. 'Get out of my way Loser...' Those words repeated in my mind. "Michael? Are you okay?" I didn't notice that tears did start falling. I quickly wipe my tears away and stand up "I gotta go..." I start to walk away but She grabs my arm. "Michael,I know you're hurting. You can't keep it inside of you..." Her sleeve had gone up slightly and I see scabs all over her arms. "Please,you need to talk to someone." I hugged her out of nowhere. Not even I know why I did it,but she hugged me back,patting me a few times. She said some reassuring words,but I honestly didn't care about what she was saying,I just needed someone to hold. Out of nowhere she kissed my cheek, my face started to heat up. "Sorry!" She said pulling away from the hug. "I-I should go!" She begins to walk away but I come up behind her and hug her. "It's fine,Christine." I kiss her on the cheek before I hear behind us. "Michael?" I look behind us and It's no other than the Queen of Gossip,Jenna. She snaps a picture and runs away. I sign as the bell rings for class. "I-I really should go now." I nod and let her go.
