Harry

“Simon, please go home, the last thing I want to talk about is Penelope my heads fucked as it is” Harry stated, to Simon who to the younger boys dismay had randomly decided to show up at his apartment.

“It's important, are the Cals in?” Simon asks, whilst looking around the apartment.

“No why, Simon whats wrong?”

“Penelope she-”

Harry interjects, “Shes gone, I already know if that's what you came to tell me”

“Actually Harry, I'm here to tell you why she left” Simon explains, whilst anxiously fiddling with the hem of his sidemen t-shirt.

“What are you talking about?”

“Harry Penelope's dying, and I just thought that if you love her like you say you do, that you deserved to know” Simon informed him of the leukemia and how her treatments had stopped working aswell as all the other important details. But it didn't matter, his world had become a blur at “Penelope's dying” and now the pain in his chest had taken over all other senses. In that moment all that mattered was Penelope, everything else was just, background.

Harry had given Penelope his heart many times and she had taken it and left. He felt guilty, he had thought she was selfish for abondoning him once more, and now he knew she thought she knew what was best for him. His Penny had been trying to protect him from breaking, yet she had still failed, Harry Lewis was broken.

He realised now the truth, Penelope did love him, just as he loved her but, she didn't want him to have to suffer through her dying. He felt utterly helpless, because no matter what he did or what he decided she would still die.

Reaching his breaking point Harry dropped to the floor, landing painfully on his knees as he let out  a heart breaking, soul tearing cry that echoed throughout his apartment.

Penelope Bradley was dying and along with her was apart of Harry Lewis.
