The pelting rain soaked your hooded coat as you ran through the streets, your unconventional trainers keeping grip on the wet pavements.

As you reach the warm glow of the coffee shop widows, hurriedly rushing through the door. Only to see the second register waiting for a customer.

"Hello and welcome to Monet's, can I take your order?"

"One hot chocolate please!"

Shocked when you hear a duplicate voice sync your request. Looking to the side you see a boy, around your age, platinum blonde hair and a black septum nose piercing. He looked awkwardly adorable!

"Well great minds think alike!" You say, grabbing your order and finding a table, not before sending him a wink on the way.

Keeping an eye out for the adorable teen, you had noticed he sat between to girls around the same age, a disappointed sigh escaping your lips.

He sat down between Jess and Hannah, his order shaking slightly in his hands.

"Alex what's wrong?" Jess asks, concerned about his behaviour, being out of earshot from the attractive male.

"E-erm-"

"He's seen that cute guy over there~" Hannah taunts, sending a smirk in the direction of Jess and Alex, then nodding her head to the boy he had just seen.

"Oooo~ Someone likes what they see~" Jess also taunts, him wondering 'dammit why did I ever come out to these two. It's like I wished for never ending teasing.'

It seems the three of them had been staring at you, attractive [H/c] haired male, awhile as you picked up your hot chocolate and made your way over to them.

"You seemed to be staring quite a bit, thought I'd join you and give you a close up, besides you seem like interesting people." You said, sitting down and smiling a charming smile, no one objected to you joining them without a proper answer, and somehow they had all managed to dive into usual conversation.

"So [Y/n], which way do you swing, or do you swing both?" Jess asks, wiggling her eyebrows at you, Alex blushed slightly as he almost preys for the answer, trying to not make his interest obvious.

"Nah, sadly I only swing one way."

Disappointment clearly plummets in his stomach, the butterflies dying and a heavy feeling taking over, it seems you may have noticed the glum look upon his face as you opt for a small kind smile.

"And of course that's the gay way~" You chuckles slightly, looking at him as he brightens up at the news, what was this boy doing to him already, he had only met you nought but three hours ago.

Alex perked up a lot upon hearing your small declaration, maybe he's also homosexual, small world.

"Well I think we should leave you two guys, to talk and get to know each other some more~" Hannah had already begun leaving with Jess, running out the cafe almost, leaving Alex and yourself.

"Well at least they couldn't have been more obvious?" You attempt some light humour which seems to ease him a bit.

"Yeah, sorry you got dragged into their weirdness anyway." He said, fiddling with his hands and avoiding eye contact - nervous.

"It's okay, seems they just want their cute friend to get some~" You flirt, clearly amused at his nervous behaviour.

"W-will their cute friend g-get some?" He stammers hopefully, his voice betraying him.

"I certainly hope so~"
