Wild Love

Part 2

     "Hey dad mom told me to give this to you." Connor handed his father his lunch.

     "Thank you does your mother need your help today still?" His father asked as he set the brown bag down.

     "Yes she just had me drop that off first."

"Alright." His father grabbed his sharp tools to finish what he started. Connor got back on his bike and headed home because he forgot his bucket.

When he walked through the door he heard two voices in the kitchen. His mothers and a unknown one. He slowly walked to the kitchen door frame. He takes a peek to see a guy in a nice suit talking to his mother.

     "Kyle!" His mother laughed.

     "What beautiful?" Kyle asked.

"Mom! " Connor walked into the kitchen acting like he didnt hear that.

     "Oh hey Connor did you finish already?" His mother asked.

      "No I forgot my bucket but whos this?"

     "Oh!" she mother paused a moment. "Hes a businessman and he's interested in our land."

     "Hello im Kyle Robinson." He put his hand out for Connor to shake. Connor shook it.

     "Mom we're not selling right?" Connor asked acting like he believed her.

"We're not sure yet dear im going to talk about it with your dad." His mother smiles her lip stick was smeared a bit.

     "Okay well I'll be out picking berries" Connor left the kitchen and grabbed his bucket. He left the house again.

"Shes cheating!" He loudly whispered to himself. "She hid it so well!" Connor didnt know if he should tell his dad or not. He stood up to see a girl on the ground. He looked around and walked up to the girl. He moved her long red hair to check her pulse. "Hey! Wake up! Are you okay!?"

The girls eyes opened to reveal green. "Who are you and who am I?"

"Connor I'm Connor." He looked at the girl and studied her body that wasnt covered by her clothing for injuries.

"I dont know my name im sorry" the girl said.

"Thats Okay um come with me and we'll try to figure that out" he reached for her hand. She let him grab it.
