Josuke's POV
I tapped my foot continuously on the soft green carpet. "Where is she?" I got up from the couch and walked up to the window.
I pulled a curtain to the side and looks around the empty wet street. It was raining profusely outside and my girlfriend just texted me that she was coming over with a surprise.
"I don't want that idiot to get sick." He mumbled to himself, he deeply cared for his girlfriend a lot.
I then spotted a move object—no it was a person! It was my girlfriend!
I watched her running past the houses before mine. Without thinking about how my hair was going to get ruining, I ran outside to her.
"(Y/n)! You dummy! You realize you'll get sick?!" In a hurry, I took her inside my warm home.
I then noticed she was covering something in her jacket. Not before long, I saw it shuffle around in her jacket. "(Y/n) what do you have in your jacket?" I asked her.
She then gave me the most adorable heart-melting smile ever. Next, she revealed what she had hiding.
It was a baby poodle, it barked now that it was free. "(Y/n)... where did you-" I started off.
"I found him in an abandoned alleyway while walking home from work today! I didn't wanna leave him there... and I couldn't wait to show him to you!" She cutely rambled.
"A dog a big responsibility." I told her. "Yeah I know, Josuke... I'm willing to take care of him.... with you." She mumbled the last part.
Josuke's cheeks were now red, "you mean like we're his parents?" I asked.
"Yeah! I mean he kinda looks like you. You and him have cute pompadours! I mean look at him!" She beamed as she rose up the poodle to my face.
I knew she wasn't insulting my hair so it let it slide. I couldn't resist how cute she was being so I just grabbed the puppy and held him.
"Fine! Only because you're the cutest girlfriend ever..." I pouted. She squealed in happiness as she pulled me in for a short and sweet kiss.
"Thank you, Jojo~!" She grinned as she hugged my waist. She lovingly looked at our new 'son'
"I think we'll call him Jojo! Since he looks like you!" She giggled.
I let out a little chuckle as I kissed the top of her head, "alright."
