The whole auditorium filled with relieved students, and proud teachers and family stood to their feet with cheers, as I gave my closing statement to my speech.
The whole gang decided to move to Atlanta, Georgia for a new and refreshing start. Each one of us attending different colleges that was all neared each other. We planned to start our journey right after graduation.
Exiting off the stage and taking my seat,I thought about these last four years and what an adventure it had been. Although we only met the guys this year, it was as if we knew them forever. Time just flew right on by. Of course ima miss my family, but starting this new change, not only with my friends but my incredible boyfriend, is what's right.
Chres and I decided to live in Chres cousin's apartment, since he's going on a tour with his band, and attend a community college in Atlanta.
Ray and Serena will also be attending a community college different from ours, while living in a condo that they already picked out and, put money on.
Craig and Simone convinced the school board to allow them to live in the same dorm in an Ivy League college.
While Taiya and Jacob are attending a four year college. For the first year of college they'll be living on campus but in separate boys and girls dorms. While owning a 2 bedroom apartment for their later years.
When the principal called out the name of the last student, we all threw our caps in the air. After getting past each of our families tears, hugs and eager need for multiple pictures, we all got into our own cars. Each were gifts from our families to starting a new chapter in our lives.
CLASS OF 2014, WE'VE MADE IT!!!
