SVU takes on part 3 of Rape case
“Damn, Liv. I can't believe we’re working on a 3 part case.” Fin says.
“Well, this time it’s not a rape case. it’s about the rape vics 15 year old sister.” Liv says to Fin.
“Oh damn. what happened?” Asks Carisi.
“She disappeared.” Says Liv.
“How?” Asks Rollins.
“I don’t know. Ashley said that she woke up and her sister was missing.” Liv claims.
“Ashley must have been an awful mess.” Claims Rollins.
“Well she called me crying this morning.” Liv says.
“Yeah the sister must have gone at night when Ashley was sleeping.” Liv says
“Because Ashley said that her father was gone too.” Liv claims.
“That’s weird that both the father and sister are gone.” Carisi says.
“I don’t know but I bet the father has something to do with this.” Fin says while looking upset.
“Probably because when we first took him in, he looked very guilty.” Carisi says looking to Fin.
“Of course he wasn’t a very good father ever since the mother passed away he’s been going crazy.” Says Amanda.
“How do you know about that?” Asks Liv.
“Ashley told me at the hospital the very first time.” Rollins says to Liv.
"I think we should search for her. She could be anywhere in New York." Amanda says as she drinks her strawberry mango smoothie.
“She could potentially be in danger because the father did rape Ashley and now he could be doing the same to her sister.” Carisi says.
"Let's find her now. I wish I had another smoothie but you guys are reminding me not to drink too much otherwise I will have to pee." Amanda says.
“Go now. Go find her and bring her to the hospital right away as soon as you find her.” Liv says.
“Liv, you good?” Fin asks.
“No, this whole situation has me really worried. I mean she’s only 15 who knows what could happen.” Liv says with a worried look on her face.
Carisi, Fin and Rollins head out of the squad room to go look for Maria, Ashley’s sister all over the city.
Next thing everyone gets out of the car and they find a 15 year old, dirty blonde girl who looks exactly like Maria.
They head over to the girl to go see her and her clothes are torn, she’s bleeding, bruised and crying.
“Hey we need a bus between Maple and Oak.” Carisi says bending down trying to comfort Maria.
“It’s going to be okay.” Carisi says.
Eventually the Ambulance arrives to take Maria to the Emergency Room.
The Nurse does a rape kit.
“What’d you find?” Asks Fin.
“Bruises, Vaginal Trauma and Semen.” The nurse says to Fin and Rollins.
Carisi calls Liv and she eventually arrives to the Hospital.
After a few minutes Liv walks into Maria’s hospital room to see what Maria can remember.
Liv asks “Can you tell me anything that you remember.”
“Yes I remember my father walking into my room, picking me up out of my bed and putting me in the back of the car. Then we stopped and he opened the back door and got in and closed the door then he ripped off my shirt and pants then he put his hand over my mouth and then before I knew it he was inside me. After that I woke up on the street because he threw me out of the car and drove off.” Maria says.
“Hey it’s going to be okay my Detectives are going to find him.” Liv says looking out at Fin and Carisi.
“Thank you so much.” Maria says while hugging Liv.
“No problem.” Liv says.
Before anything else happens Carisi and Fin are on the street trying to find Maria and Ashley’s dad Mark Tanner.
A few minutes after they eventually find him and say “NYPD stop right there.”
Carisi takes out his handcuffs and puts the around Marks wrists and puts him into the squad car to take him down to the station.
After interrogating Mark he was taken away for the rape of both his daughters and the girls were put in foster care.
