Me and Elmo have and online long distance relationship. So we've never technically met before. "Hey honey can you come outside for a sec I got you a surprise." I nod this is kind of weird considering my birthday isn't until tomorrow. I walk outside and my dog starts barking. I shush him and put him on his chain I walk over to my mom who's recording. "Mom why're you recording me?" She just shrugs. "Can you help with groceries then I'll get your surprise?" She asks I nod and walk to the trunk of the car. But when I open it Elmo sits there. My hand flies to my mouth in surprise as my eyes water. "Hey (Y/N)." He says as he gets out of the car. I quickly run and hug him. "You said you couldn't come." I say exasperated. "I may have told a little white lie." I let go of him and just look at him before I hug him again. My mom laughs behind me. "I'll leave you two to it." She hands the phone to Elmo who must've showed her how to work it because she sucks with phones. Elmo says " Thanks a lot (Y/M/N)."
