Diana; Part 2: Her Ears

"Liam, how are ya?" Harry asked, patting my shoulder as we walked down the hallway.

"I'm good. And you Harold?" I turned to the curly chap and he nodded.

"I'm in a good mood. Guess why." I raised an eyebrow at Harry. He knew I sucked at reading people, or even guessing. I always got to the point. Never beat around the bush.

"Why?"

"Gem got into her college." My eyes widened.

"Wow, tell her I said congrats. I know how much she's been waiting to go to the perfect college, that provides her something else than a volleyball scholarship." Harry nodded and whipped his head around, and readjusted his curls.

"Who's that?" Harry whispered, pointing to her.

"That's the girl I'm waiting for this morning. See ya in English, Harold." I said, pushing him ahead, knowing he'd scare her.

"Hey." I said softly, as I approached her from the side.

"Hi." She said, organizing her folders a bit, before walking away. I jogged up behind her.

"Y/n. I'm sorry that I made you feel uncomfortable in the car this morning. Can we...can we start over?" She shrugged as we walked, and I managed to be able to see her ear. I was a cute ear, though.

It was kinda pointy, like an elf ear. Y/n the elf. It had a ring to it.

"Is there anything you like to do?" I wanted to gain her trust, I didn't want to be like everyone else in her eyes.

"Riding horses." I smiled slightly.

"I've never tried." She paused as we approached Math.

"Maybe I could teach you someday." She walked into the classroom and I smiled. She's getting used to me already.
