Daughters of Yzeria

Unwelcome Return

1700hrs, Cursed Forest, South of Kreenohk.

I heard an explosion in the distance. It's not really visible because of all the tress in this dark and creepy forest, but I had seen some light coming off there. A few minutes later, I was able to get to the source of the explosion, a lot of trees were knocked down. It looks like there aren't any trees for 2 miles from here.

The center seems as if it were molten lava. I tried to check out the perimeter of the explosion, the perimeter looks pretty round, unusually round. It's hard to walk above alot of trees. I saw a big lot of burning trees along with a fat layer of thick smoke, but in the distance, I can see two trees. They were somehow not knocked down by the blast.

As I got closer, I saw some burn marks on the bark, but it doesn't seem as severe as all the other trees around the two. The bark's colour was different for both, red for the one on the left, darkish-blue for the other. I put down a small beacon on each of the trees since I wanted to come back to them once I'm in camp. I started walking around the trees to examine them and after a bit of examination, I can see a small transparent piece of what seems like fogged up glass on one small part of the trees, I looked through each one. Surprisingly clear for a fogged up glass shard. Through the glass, I saw red hair on one tree, and dark blue hair on the other. As I looked deeper in, their hands were crossed on their chests, their feet slightly raised with bent knees. I tried to see some more but the glass was just too foggy for that.

I decided to get back to camp, it was getting really dark outside, but just as I do that, both trees actually cut open in half, not quite in half, but there were two pieces of each tree. I turned around again to check on both of them, there was smoke and fog, a big whopping lot of it. Each tree housed a girl, they were frozen, but after a few minutes, they weren't that cold anymore. As they were unconcious, I had to carefully set them down facing up on the ground. Firstly, the girl with blood red hair. She has an ID on her, but it's in a language that even I can't read. I carefully carry her, it's pretty hard since she's big, not fat but, big as in curvy. I set her down on the ground and as I get up to help other girl, the one with red hair wakes up.

She has silvery-gold eyes, her irises were slightly bigger than that of normal people's irises and her pupils were slightly dilated. She tries to sit up, she struggles, so I help her. "Who are you?" She asks. "Cephei." I answer her. In return, I ask her. "And you are?" "Caesia, daughter of Yzeria." She says with her soft, high-pitch voice. "Can you get up?" I need her to get up. She tries to get up but can't, I try to help her but she prefers to stay down. "Do you know who this is?" I ask her, pointing to the girl with dark-blue hair. "I can't see very well..." She says softly then pouts. She rubs her eyes with her hands, trying to clear up her vision.

I look back to the girl with dark-blue hair and approach her. She has the same body structure as the other girl. I softly put one hand on her legs and the other hand on her back and carry her to right next to Caesia. Just like Caesia, she wakes up as I put her down. Caesia and I look at her as she regains consciousness. Her eyes are very similar to Caesia's in shape, same iris size, same pupil size. Her iris colour is very different, silvery blue, coupled with her dark blue hair. "What's your name?" Caesia asks. "Luminia, daughter of Yzeria." She answers. "Sister?" Caesia asks with shock. "Huh? You are...?" Luminia asks Caesia with a shock on her face. "Caesia, daughter of Yzeria." Caesia answers. Luminia and Caesia stare at each other blankly for a few seconds. It is broken when Luminia turns her head to me. Luminia looks to me with an observant and curious look on her face. "I feel importance in this being." She says. Being? What? Did she just- "Hold on, being?" I ask her, why'd she say being? "According to what I see and sense, you're not human at all, but that's just my guess." She replies. What if I can make them follow me, or make them serve me by any chance? :D:D:D:D:D:D:D "We will accompany you as far as we require." Luminia says. Boy, that was quick.

I wonder what it is they require?
