Chapter 9: Apologies Made , Forgiving Decisions

Harry's POV:

I ran towards Agnes as she was paling and was shaking slightly on the floor as blood was pooling her that came from her arms.

I called out her name as I cradled her to me and laid her head onto my lap as I grabbed her arms shakily and saw the carvings , 'I will not attack and badmouth my teacher.'

And it's so deep.

One name came into my thoughts , 'Umbridge....' , I growled under my breath as I carried Agnes in my arms and was scared for her life.

As I carried her , I ran fast towards the Gryiffindor common room and saw Hermione , Ron and the twins.

They snap their heads towards us and gasped as they came running to our side , "What happened to little Agnes?!?" , I heard Hermione rant about as she carried Agnes.

Agnes is the youngest here in the Fifth years.

And yes she is advanced.

And she's like our little sister so whomever hurts her deals with us Gryffindors.

I looked at Hermione and pointed at her arms as I said , "Umbridge...."

And with that Hermione growled giving Agnes' limping body back to me gently as she got her wand and was about to storm out of the room not until Ron got her , "Let me go! Let me go! I'm going to teach that Umbridge a lesson for hurting Agnes!!! I'LL HEX HER TO BITS!!! GRAAAH!!!"

"Calm down , Hermione! Blimey she's strong! FRED , GEORGE HELP ME!!!" , Ron exclaimed as the twins gladly helped by calming her down.

I sighed in relief as I looked at Agnes who was struggling to breathe and open her eyes , "Don't you dare open your eyes Agnes! Rest while we bring you to Madam Pomfrey."

She just weakly nods and makes a little smile that always warm our hearts.

As Hermione calms down , she sighs and hides her wand as she said , "Let's bring her to Madam Pomfrey quickly before her condition gets worse. And if it does I don't know if I can control myself on hexing that mad witch."

We gulped at her warning as we nod our head and quickly ran towards Madam Pomfrey as she greets us with a smile later on a horrified face as she quickly led us to one bed ordering us to place Agnes there gently.

As we placed the pale form of Agnes gently , she ordered for us to go get Professor Dumbledore.

And we gladly did it but Hermione and the twins stayed in Agnes' side if she ever wakes up leaving me and Ron to go get Dumbledore.

We were practically running as we used our wands for light because the halls were dark as well as the dungeons.

"Hurry up Ron!" , I said as we run while Ron just replied , "I'm on it! Can't you see I'm practically panting due to our running now?!"

I was about to argue until a deep voice interrupted us.

Oh Merlin.....

"And what do you think you two are still doing at this hour?" , Professor Snape came out of the shadows as his pale face came into view due to the light that was coming out of his wand.

We stopped running for a minute as I responded , "I-It's.......I-It's Agnes , sir....! She's in the......hospital wing because...--- huh? Professor?" , I paused as I saw him gone to our sight.

Weird....

"Okay this I awkward enough so let's get moving or else Dumbledore wouldn't know what happened to Agnes!" , I heard Ron shouted.

I shushed him until the man himself came into view as he had his hands on his back asking us , "I wouldn't know what now , Hm?"

His eyes sparkled because of the moonlight as we just gulped and breathe in and out saying , "It's your granddaughter , sir. She's......."

3rd person POV:

Harry and Ron explained to Dumbledore about his granddaughter while one certain professor quickly runs toward the Hospital Wing.

'Agnes...!' , Severus Snape thought afraid of what might happen to the 14 year old girl.

Dumbledore heard of the explanation and quickly ushered them to go with towards the Hospital Wing as they gladly agrees.

"AGNES STAY WITH US!"

Meanwhile , Hermione and the twins almost cried their eyes out as they saw the girl lying on the bed bleeding even more and was getting pale even more as it could.

"What is this?!? The medicines aren't working on her and her wounds isn't closing up!!!" , Madam Pomfrey exclaimed as she was panicking already.

Hermione held Agnes' hand gently as she sniffed , "A-Agnes....! Were here...! Dumbledore....is....is.....going to be here! He'll know what to.....to do! *hic hic* hu hu..... AGNES!" , she screamed her name as she cried even more then stood up and drew her wand out crying out in rage.

"I'm GOING TO HEX THAT UMBRIDGE!!! I'M GOING TO HEX HER TO BITS AND FEED HER FLESH TO THE HOUNDS OF HELL!!!! I HOPE MERLIN WONT FORGIVE HER!!!! SHE DESERVES TO DIE!!!"

The twins tried to calm Hermione down while crying , "Mione , calm down...!" , Fred said while George sniffed and said , "Agnes.....Agnes wouldn't like s-seeing you like this...!"

*BAM!*

"AGNES?! AGNES! Merlin........." , and in goes Dumbledore as he came in front of an almost dead Agnes on the bed.

He gasped and pushed the three away as he held her granddaughter in his arms and removes the locks of hair away of her face and cooed , "A-Agnes dear...? Who did this to....to you..?? Agnes...? Oh Merlin...! Who did this?!?!" , he shouted in rage and faced the three red faced.

The three flinched from his anger and sighed crying out in unison the name of the witch , "Professor Umbridge , sir."

Albus gritted his teeth as he mentally roars in rage.

He stood up and placed her granddaughter down until......

"I...........I........for...." , Agnes croaked in her weak voice as she weakly opens her eyes and looks at the four.

She gulps and smiles weakly ignoring their pleas and says finally just in time as Professor Snape come into the room panting looking around and sets his eyes on Agnes' limping form as he calls out her name.

The four looks at him as Agnes says , "I-I......forgive him......."

The four looks back at Agnes and made a worried yet confused face as she weakly smiles and then then noticed Severus in front of her already as he was holding both of her hands and saying things to her thought she could not hear it clearly as she just smiles weakly and says to him caressing his cheek with her hand....

"I........I for...g-give you........I lo........"

But her hand falls on the bed sheet making a light thud.

Severus still held her other hand tightly as his eyes widen and was shouting at her to wake up and open her eyes , "AGNES!"

He got her other hand and kissed both of it as he was pleading for her to open her eyes not minding the looks of the five people in the room.

"AGNES PLEASE!!! DON'T FORGIVE ME LIKE THIS!!! AGNES!!"

He kissed again her hands over and over again yet her eyes still did not open but her breathings were almost fading and her heart beat fading also.

Severus shook his head violently and screamed her name one last time before his darkness even consumed him........

"AGNES!!!"
