Chapter 5: Overpowering Fears

Agnes' POV:

"GYAAAAAAH! NO NO NO NO!!! I DON'T WANT TO TOUCH IT!!!"

I screamed as I tried to get out of Hermoine's grasp.

Today is a holiday because our kind-hearted Headmaster , my grandfather , let us had our time on preparing ourselves for our exams

in doing the 'Riddikulus' spell.

And by the means of preparing.....

We students had to overpower our fears.

"AGNES! It's JUST a grasshopper!!"

Ron shouted as he held up a grasshopper in front of my face making me squeak.

I glared at him making Ron flinch and sweat drop and gulp and I say to him.

"It's not JUST a grasshopper! It's the bloody Devil himself---! GYAAAH! GET. IT. AWAY. FROM. ME!!!! You are so dead Ron Weasely!"

Gulping I tried myself to slide my way from Hermoine as I look for openings.

'I am NOT going to touch that THING! I've already overcome my fears for roaches and *shudder* eels.... BUT not THAT!'

I thought to myself as I wiggled away from the grasp.

Turning to my left I gasp and saw Harry , who was paling , just by seeing the frog and quickly but shakily ran away.

And to be honest...

"GAAAAAH! SHUT IT OFF!!"

"KYAAAAH! EWWWW GET IT AWAY FROM ME!"

"DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!! THROW IT--- GAAH! NOT AT ME STUPID!"

"HELP MEEEEE!"

I could hear the cries and screams of other students from different houses as they try to overcome their fears. Painfully.

And the professors couldn't even concentrate on what they are doing because of us.

Seeing a loose gap on Hermoine's grasp on me , I gulped.

"Sorry guys... I did not want to do this! HAH!"

And I easily slid out of her grasp as I slide out of Ron's way and ran outside of our chambers.

"AH! COME BACK HERE AGNES!"

I heard both Ron and Hermoine's voice call out for me as I heard their footsteps following me.

Turning around while running I paled because I saw a glass box full of grasshoppers.

"Tsk!"

Removing my jeans and shirt , leaving me in my white dress knee height as usual.

"WAIT A MINUTE--- GAAH!" , I heard them cried as they tripped onto my clothes there.

Looking behind me as I ran I giggled and saw Hermoine pick up my clothes while Ron together with Harry was chasing me with the grasshoppers.

Turning back in front of me I gasped and saw Professor Snape looking straight at us , I squealed.

"E-excuse us! ACCIO WAND!"

I said as my wand came back to my hand and I went to the side of him running pass by him as I gulped and looked back seeing Snape not there anymore only the three behind me.

'Where'd he go?'

I thought as I went pass by Hagrid's cottage and heard him greet as I went into the Forbidden Forest panting as my pace slows down.
