park jimin and jeon jungkook are ordinary boys going to high school. they have been best friends almost all of their lives. what happens when one of them starts to catch feelings. will their relationship break or would it become stronger?

they then both let go of each other and smile. silently they make their way to the car. jimin feels really happy and indeed he did miss his best friend. they put some music on when they get to the car and sang happily. "ew you suck at rapping chim", kook says jokingly.
"shut it jeon", jimin says while pouting. they continue singing and soon they make it to jimin's house. "bye chim see you tomorrow at school i will pick you up at the morning", kook says as he leans down to peck jimin's forehead.
"hm...bye koo koo", jimin says as he gets out of the car with a smile on his face.
skip to the morning
jimin reaches to his night table and turns his alarm off. he gets out of bed and stretches his muscles.
7:30am
"ugh, why am i always late"
he quickly runs to his bathroom and does his morning routine. he then walks to his closet and picks out an outfit.

just when he is about to walk out of his bedroom he hears a car honk.
"fuck- that must be jungkook", jimin says in his mind. he rushes down the stairs and almost trips, but he catches himself. "bey m-mother i am going to be late sorry", he says as he dashes out of the door.
he then goes outside and gets into kook's car. "g-good morning koo koo", jimin says while trying to catch his breath. "good morning chim i thought you were ditching me."
"i woke up late", jimin responds as he checks his backpack to make sure he didn't forget anything.
5 minutes later they get to school. they then get out of the car and walk to the gate to meet the guys.
"yah! where were you two yesterday !?", seokjin screams.
"we skipped school yesterday and had a little break ", kook says as he puts his arms over jimin's shoulder. "you could at least tell us and pick up your phone would you not", jin says as he starts calming down.
the bell for class then rings and they all separate to their classes. "what did you two do together yesterday, jungkook seems more clingy today?", taehyung says while walking with jimin to class. "we went to the fair and then went to the beach", jimin says while smiling like an idiot.
"oh- little date", tae says teasingly. "no it was just a friendly date", jimin says as his cheeks flush pink. they soon arrive to class before the tardy bell rings and they seperated to their seats.
"jiminie"
jimin looks behind him to find chanyeol walking towards him. "why weren't you here yesterday i was worried about you ", chanyeol says while hugging Jimin.
"i- skipped school with kook we just had a little day off"
"oh well i missed you", chanyeol says while letting go of jimin.
"class please sit down let's get start with this lesson, we are behind, especially you mister park jimin"
after class was over jimin walks to art class alone this time. he doesn't see kook outside so he enters thinking kook would be in his seat already. when he walks in he sees jungkook with a unfamiliar boy in his desk.
jimin's pov
as i walk in i spot kook talking to a unfamiliar boy in my desk. i walk to my desk to figure out who this 'new friend' was. a few minutes later of getting ignored kook finally sees me and acknowledges me.
"oh- chim i didn't see you there"
"yeah i got here a few minutes ago"
"oh sorry for your seat", said the unfamiliar boy he gets up and leaves. who was that guy and why was he so close to my koo koo?
"kookie who was that?"
"oh his one of my close friends his name is yugyeom". (introduction to kim yugyeom)

jimin feels a little bit jealous, but then shrugs it off. he knows he isn't in the position to be jealous over someone who is not even his. both of them then begin working on their project. they were thinking of doing a painting of all their friends or doing something out of clay.
30 minutes later class was over and kook and jimin were walking to the cafeteria. jimin sees yugyeom walking to the cafeteria and hopes he doesn't see them.
"ah jungkookie can you help me find the cafeteria", yugyeom says as he starts pulling kook with him. "ok follow us , jimin wouldn't mind or would you chim? "
"yeah let's go", jimin says through gritted teeth. jimin feels jealous when yugyeom calls kook, jungkookie. jimin feels like he is the only one who is able to call him that.
it is one of his special nicknames for him, and who does he think he is trying to steal his best friend and crush from him. jimin won't let yugyeom be in his way to get kook. but what jimin doesn't know is that chanyeol also effects kook equally as yugyeom effects jimin. __
