Raptor is a robot and Starfire's counterpart on Teen Kyuranger,she is from earth but not from Tamaran,She is in the Washi System and She is pink.She daydreams all the time,fighting crime and thinking about Lucky so much.She is most sensitive to the team.The other Kyurangers doesn't do defense if they don't understand or refuse her.She takes it very seriously.Raptor says to Lucky that he and Don Armage are similar.She cares about her friends and she supports them very well.She also taught lessons,she is a robot but she is also an android,she leaves everything to herself and nothing will get in her way.

When Kotaro returned,Raptor became friends with Kotaro,similar to Hammie.She was shocked when he was controlled Don Armage,he was the one who knocks her a cliff with the wind blowing her away.Kotaro overcomes his devotion to Don Armage and destroys him off the lava then turned into stone.Raptor is saddened but proud of his sacrifice,like the other Kyurangers,Raptor is confused whenever or not Kotaro is returning or is still alive.
