Chapter 6
Logan's POV:
It's been three days since Miley was brought into hospital. I haven't left her side in case she wakes up. I don't want her to wake up alone. The doctors say it could be weeks until she wakes up. Weeks! I can't cope with this. Why her?
I'm going mad.
If I had of followed her when she ran past me that day then maybe she wouldn't be in this situation and she would be safe at home right now.
Ugh I am so stupid.
"Miley, I'm so sorry this happened to you. If I had of known this was going to happen I would have ran after you the instant you left the house" I said grabbing Mileys hand. "Please just wake up, for me? I just want to hear your voice again." Tears started to sting my eyes. She doesn't even know how much she means to me.
"Miley you don't know much you mean to me, your my best friend and I love you so much." I said stroking her face softly.
"Any luck?" Someone said from beside me. I turned to see Lily looking at me worriedly. When did she get here? I must have been off with the fairies.
"No nothing so far Lily" I said shaking my head. Turning my gaze back to Miley. She was as pale as a ghost, you would even think she was dead. How I wish I could see her big brown eyes again.
"Oh" She said sitting beside me setting down a teddy bear. "It's all my fault Logan, If I hadn't of said yes to Luke then me and Miley wouldn't have fought and she wouldn't be in this situation" Her eyes started to fill with tears.
"Lily, its not your fault, I know you like Luke and you didn't mean to hurt Miley. I'm the one to blame for this, if I had of went after her when she left your house we wouldn't be in this mess"
"WHAT?" Lily shouted. Her face carrying a mad expression."How could you say that? You know its not your fault" She said shaking her head.
"Yes it is, if I hadn't of been so bloody lazy and actually went after her then she would be safe right now, not lying in a hospital bed looking like she is dead" I screamed back to her. Anger and guilt coursing through me.
"Oh for go.." Lily was saying before she was cut of.
"Guys please stop fighting" A croaky voice said. That sounded like Miley. Both me and Lily turned to look at a woken Miley.
"Miley! Oh thank god your ok" Lily screamed running across the room to Mileys side and trapping her in a big bear hug. Miley was shocked at Lily's gesture but soon anger took over her face.
She pulled back from the hug and looked at Lily. "What the hell are you doing here? I told you to never come near me ever again" She said fuming.
"But..but I just wanted to see if you were ok, I..I was so worried about you." She said shakily. Why was Miley still so mad? I know she is hurting but I thought she would have forgave Lily.
"You? You actually cared about me? Well this is quite a change. After taking the only boy I ever liked off me you think that I would welcome you with open arms?" Miley shouted sitting up in the hospital bed. The beeps started to get faster on the machine beside her. She needed to calm down, getting worked up won't be good for her health.
"Miley calm down sweetie, you need to rest. I'll go call the nurse please don't fight with Lily" I walked out the door.
"Nurse, Nurse!" I called over a blond haired nurse in her mid 30's.
"Yes love whats wrong?" She asked sweetly.
"My friend has just woke up" I said pointing to her room.
