New Campers

"Can you believe it Max?" David grins "we're getting not one, not three, but two new campers today!" He looks back at the road excited. "Yep, it's really truly horrifying" Max sighs "Horrifying? Max, are you afraid of making a few new friends?" "Yeah, Max it isn't that bad" I tell him patting his back." "I'm not here to make friends David, I'm here because camp is where kids are sent when their parents don't want to deal with them, why do you think we return the favor when they turn 70?" Max looks at David bored. "Hey, what are you even doing out here?" David looks at me and then max in confusion. "Well it's definitely not because the bus only comes in from the city to drop off and pick up campers and so far seems to be my only reasonable method of escaping this fucking nightmare of a camp. Definitely not that" Max gives him a glare, I snort. "Hey... Language" David scolds. "Suck a dic-" David scoops Max up "all I want is for you kids to have as much fun as I did when I was a Campbell camper, is that really to hard to ask?" "I refuse to believe someone as Happy as you exists" Max scoffs. The sound of a horn snaps us out of our conversation, David gasps "The bus is here!" He runs off towards the bus. "David wai-" I hear his horrifying scream. And I watch him get hit by the bus "holy crap David!" I run toward him. The bus door opens and a young girl with green hair jumps out, "oh yeah! Smell the nature, that's the stuff" she grins, I watch as David gets up as if nothing happened, that man isn't human. "Well hello there little lady you must be Nikki, I'm David, your camp counsel-" I hear him scream again and see as Nikki bites his hand, I can't help but laugh. "Excuse me, is this science camp?" The brown haired boy asks shyly "no silly!" Nikki let's go of David's hand "this is adventure camp! My mom said so, unless she lied... Again" she looks like she is thinking to herself. "Sorry about that hand again" she looks at David "just asserting dominance, you know how it is" I laugh. "And you must be Neil, well I'll be happy to let you know, that Camp Campbell covers both of tho-" I watch as David gets hit by a bus again.

It's Camp Camp!

I run to the door and see Max attempting to drive "stupid child legs" he hisses as the quarter master grabs him "sorry kid, only one of us is driving the bus today" he sighs and Max scowls. David approached him "Max, you will not be leaving Y/N or my side today, got it?" Max sighs and nods his head. "We'll see about that camp man"he glared at him. Clearly pissed. "So what's your deal?" Neil asks him "I'm just a kid trying to survive out here Neil" Max puts his hand on Neil's shoulder. "Let's go check out the camp kids!" I say.

"The first stop at any good tour is the flag pole. I can't help but give it the official Camp Campbell solute when I see it" he grins "beside the flag pole is our Mess Hall" he solutes again "sorry I can't help it" he laughs. "Beside our flag pole is the mess hall, which is connected to the quarter masters door, it's here when we serve meals, give announcements and occasionally host activities" I say finishing the sentence for David "tell them how much you love it Max!" David chimes in. "See the sad thing is, he still actually thinks I love it" he sighs and I laugh again, max can be a funny kid sometimes. "And who wouldn't?" David grins at me, I blush a little but keep it not obvious."now let's step inside and meet our co-councilor Gwen! Who's in the middle of a camp activity right now! I'm sure you'll love her!" He opens the large door "Good morning Gwen!" I look in and see chaos.

"MOTHERFUCKER" Gwen yells as she is thowing silverware at space kid who's spinning around on the fan. Yelling something I can't quite under stand, I run to nerf and move him out of the way to shut the fan off, space kid falls on the floor. "What's going on here!?" David asks Gwen, she sighs "oh you know, space kid is pushing me to my limits again" I walk to her nd pat her on the back. "Thanks for trying Gwen" I laughs and she yawns. "Yeeep"

"I will achieve space flight!" Space kid yells. "Well we have new campers to introduce and orientate!" David grins "oh yeah.. right, I'll go get the video" Gwen groans "Accccttuuuaaallyy, I was hoping I could sing them that some I wrot-" "no, I'll go get the dvd" David sighs in defeat. Gwen returns with an oversized CD. "Okay kids! Go head to the activity field!" The kids sigh and walk off "Don't you worry kiddos, this video will explain everything! It was put together by our founder Camron Campbell! Back when we were eager campers just like yourself!" He grabs my hand and I go red like a beet. "Y-Yepp!" I stutter. When we were young, David and I went to the same camp together. "He was an absolute legend" David continues to ramble on. I look behind me and see Camron climbing down from the attic looking like a homeless person, I open my mouth to say something but he mouths "don't fucking say a word" so I decide to shut up. I watch him slowly climb back up and come back down. "If only he was here right now" David sighs. "I'm here now!" A loud voice booms behind me. David turns around and his eyes light up like stars. "Mr. Camron Campbell!? What are you doing here sir?!" Camron laughs awkwardly. "I'm certainly not hiding from any authorities if that's what your thinking?!" He looks around cautiously and goes to the window and closes the blinds. I walk over and peek out for a second and see... The FBI? What the hell?
