How in the world did the curtains raise themselves.
I opened my eyes and my heart almost skipped a beat when I realized.
"Gosh its the first day!!" I told myself while sitting up and grabbing my alarm clock, taking the sheet mask off my face.
7:40 AM
"Shit! why didn't It go off" I sat up holding my head and stumbled my way towards the bathroom.
I had like 40 minutes to be precise and i had to take a bath, get ready and do my makeup in that time and had to get to my office which took like 20 mins by the subway.
AUGH! why did I have to live this far from work!
I took a quick shower and wore the best outfit I could find. I kept it simple yet professional, but I was still nervous about them.

Somehow after getting ready in 25 minutes I grabbed a granola bar and the box with stuff for my office desk and ran to the subway station so I waste no time.

"Umm...does this flowerpot look good on this desk??" I asked myself. "Why did I have to be colourblind, argh!"
The worst part was that I didn't even remember the color of the flower pot, I hope its not a bright red one.
When I reached work thankgod I was 10 minutes early and Mr. Jungkook wasnt here yet.
"Good morning Ji-eun!" Hannah chirped and it was only her voice heard in the whole hallway, it even got attention of people around us, but she didn't seem to care much.
Why is she always this excited about everything I wonder!
"Hi Hannah! Good morning!" I smiled and bowed. "Mr.Jungkook isn't here yet?"
"Oh well actually he is here for like an hour now!"
"What!!! oh no am I late?!" all the relief I had when I saw his seat empty was now all gone and I was literally fretting now.
"Actually you dont have to worry its your first day....but maybe he talks to you about this, so dont worry" she patted on my shoulder twice and turned to leave.
I hope that 'talk' doesn't mean glaring at me the whole time.
"Oh and just saying but that green flower pot on the desk really looks horrible! The color is really similar to my cats barf" she left while giggling.
Uh...I thought so...

Some moments later Mr.Jungkook came back with Baekhyun on his side.
I stood up and said good morning, but he left without responding or even looking at me.
I've to say this man is really, really good looking even if disrespectful and arrogant.
I mean there should be a reason why he was on the cover of every other magazine, it was more like seeing a celebrity than a employer.
He wore head to toe everything black today and everything was soo perfect it looked like he just completed a photoshoot .*_*
Baekhyun gave me a sweet smile and went inside the office with him.
After a while Baekyun came out and told me that he went to a meeting with him because I was not available.
Oh no!!!!
I was checking his schedule when the telephone on the desk rang. It was Mr Jungkook. I took a deep breath and I picked it up.
"Good morning sir!" I said while putting a smile on my face, even if he cant see my face I still had to do it to sound gleeful on my first day. "How may I-"
"Yes....." he said and after five cold and silent seconds he spoke again.
"Contact the CEO of the company Starlights and ask him about the meeting tomorrow and tell them I will call the deal off if they postponed it again. Get me the contact information of the head of department, and yeah.....get a macchiato from the cafe across the road after that. beep-beep-beep"
"........okayy.......sure" I was literally staring at the receiver eyes popping out of my skull.
Some hours ago this man wouldn't even say a word and just stare into my soul and now he actually recited an essay on the call and I wasn't able to apprehend one thing.
I scribbled everything I recalled on a piece of paper and just tried to do it all step by step.
After contacting the company and getting the contact info I blanked for a moment.
Should I go inside and give these to him first or I should get the coffee first?!?
I ended up plucking up the courage and calling him. He picked it up after four long rings.
"Yes?" he asked coldly.
"I called the company Starlights Sir, they are saying that the CEO Mr. Kim Taehyung went on a vacation today and they are afraid they cant-"
"WHAT DO U MEAN THEY CANT?" he literally screamed which I didn't see coming at all and almost dropped the receiver.
"S-Sir im afraid they had to reschedule the meeting 3 days later" I said hesitantly.
"This jerk he thinks I will buy this shit!...... Did you get me the macchiato?!" he asked in an annoyed tone.
"Sir I was just leavin-"
"Just leave already then!?" he exclaimed and cut the call off.
"Aish! what in the world was this.." I had a irritated expression and I huffed annoyingly, suddenly I remembered something and turned my head around.
Holy macaroni!!!!
He was looking at me from the window, his head cocked and one eyebrow raised.
After putting the receiver back in the place, I literally galloped towards the cafe.
My legs were literally wobbly.
