3rd person pov
one hour into the party and hayden is not having fun. he is watching that bartender like a hawk, and didn't even take one shot yet.

hayden's pov
"johnny i'm not in the mood" hayden said.
"but whyyyy....uhh..don't..be uh..buzzkilll.."  johnny said drunkily.
"i'm fine, drinks is not fun all the time" hayden told johnny.
carson asked me "but mann..you're the king of tequilla like whatchu meannn?!?"
i rolled my eyes and looked down.

*a big bang*
3rd person pov
hayden's head shot up. "wtf was that!"

"KENZIE!!" lauren screamed!!
kenzie was on the ground, and shaking. she had a seizure. she refused to drink because she sensed something was wrong. because when hayden refused to take a shot, it became clear that hayden was suspicious of the bar.
and with the thoughts of her friends going to the hospital three days before her birthday because of a couple of drugged drinks. so with all of that stress, and added to that, that stress of johnny. she wants to be with him. she regrets her choice of pushing him down because he's a threat to her reputation. she didn't know how to make it up to him. her mind was racing and racing and had a seizure.

all of her friends at the party screamed her name and rushed towards her. they tried to check her pulse to make sure she was breathing. there was only one person who ran to her before anyone else.

johnny.

he knew hayden wasn't drunk and yelled "call the ambulance!!"

hayden has never dialed a number so quick in his life.
johnny was doing cpr to kenzie and it reminded him how much he missed her. and how she was so kind, sweet, and caring. he just wished she'd get better and wake up and everything will be back to normal.

time skip

kenzie was taken to the hospital. she was with johnny, lauren, hayden, and nadia. oh and her sister maddie.
why was carson not there?
he was so drunk he blacked out so hayden took him home after he dropped kenzie, johnny, lauren and nadia to the hospital. maddie took her own car there.

there was only one person allowed to visit kenzie, so johnny stepped in. he was crying, and talked to her to wake her up. he explained that he still wanted her as his girlfriend. and he even offered to have a secret relationship so her reputation wouldn't be ruined.
he showed kenzie's limp body that he still cared for her. and never stopped.
