AN: Hey y'all! Happy Father's Day to all of the Fathers plus single moms out there in both roles. I am a proud Single mom.

I know I should be updating my new Smytheberry story, but was listening to this old song from Sugarland and decided to write a One shot that I haven't been able to get out of my head. I totally pictured Rachel Berry singing this song. Enjoy.

After the MJ challenge in the Auditorium, Rachel got into a heated argument with Finn over the glances he had seen between Sebastian and Rachel.

"I saw you Rachel! What is up with you and that Preppie Asshole?!" Finn yelled.

Rachel's eyes widened. Is he being serious?! Just a few minutes ago she accepted his marriage proposal?! Rachel thought.

"What is the matter with you, Finn Christopher Hudson?! There is no looks between myself and Sebastian! I just agreed to becoming your wife and-" Rachel replied.

"WTF?!"

"Berry?!" Yelled Puck.

"What about New York Broadway?" Jesse said, hiding in the background. How he came to be Rachel will never know.

"Pretty girl, you KNOW there are sparks between us!" Sebastian added, smirking.

"Not now, Seb. Noah, Language. And Jesse, What in Barbara's name are you doing here?!" Rachel replied. She shook her head.

"Manhands, you will never be me. Leave Finn Alone!" Quinn said.

"Why did you say yes, if you just want to be a sad, slutty, clown hooker!" Finn said, and suddenly felt a Sharp Slap across the face.

Rachel had enough. She was tired of competing for Finn. Tired of being accused of cheating or not being what Finn or Jesse wanted. Noah never asked her to change but would forever be tied to Quinn. And how Sebastian factored into everything she doesn't know.

But, one thing is for certain that Rachel needed to be the Fearless Rachel she once was. Not settling for someone who wants to hold her back and not be herself. She had dreams and goals much bigger. It was time to show them all. Mr. Schuester, as well.

Rachel nodded to the band. The others, New Directions and Warblers, sat down to watch. Finn was fuming.

Rachel smirked and said, "I am only going to say this one time so listen up!"

Sebastian looked up at her, smiling.

[Rachel:]

Rachel held that last note. She glanced at everyone, more confident, and smiled when she saw Noah get on his feet, clapping. He smiled with pride.

Jesse stormed out, and Finn just stood with his mouth open and confusion on his face.

Sebastian gave her a smirk and a wink. Damn he was hot in his blazer.

"What was that Rachel?" Will asked.

Before Rachel could respond, Puck shouted, "That was her Fuck You Anthem to all of you fckers!" Puck yelled. "Except me, because she is my Jewish Princess and I am a Badass!" He added, smiling at Rachel.

"What the hell, Rachel. What does that even mean?!" Finn asked.

Rachel walked over, kissed Finn on the cheek, and said "I love you Finn, but that was me declining your proposal. My dreams are far too big to let anyone hold me back. I'm sorry." She said.

She looked over, and swore she had seen Sebastian air fist the sky. She shook her head, and walked off the stage, with a swing of her hips.

A few minutes past, and everyone watched as their Diva walked away.

"That-" Finn started.

"Was-" Puck added.

"Super Hot! And with that excuse me gentlemen, I need to go console my Pretty Girl. Sorry Finnster." Sebastian said, as he got up to find his Broadway Star.

Sebastian walked out of the Auditorium and spotted Rachel Berry. He walked right up to her, with a smile. Rachel glanced up with a smirk.

"Yes, Mr. Smythe?" She asked.

Sebastian didn't wait, as he crashed his lips with hers, and smiled as she gave in.

5 minutes later, "Are you ready to settle for this Super hot guy who is so ready to worship you?" Sebastian asked.

Rachel pulled him closer.

"Bring it on. " she said, and kissed the man she ended up Settling on for the rest of their lives.
