"jack..w-why would you do this to me?" jonah asked with tears in his eyes.
no response.
"you said i was your one and only. your baby. your soulmate. your true love. why would you do this?"
no response.
"i thought we had something amazing going on. i thought you were happy with me. why would you just leave me like that? you promised to grow old with me. to have kids with me. to love me forever."
no response.
tears flowed down jonahs face quickly and freely. he didn't bother wiping them away.
"i hope you're happy. you got what you wanted but now you're leaving me here. all alone. left to die. how could you?"
no response.
"i thought i was enough for you."
no response.
"damn it jack! answer me! please!"
no response.
jonah sobbed and fell to his knees and started to scratch at his arms and neck. his friends and family rushed to keep him from hurting himself.
nobody had expected jack to do what he did. he was always honest about everything.
well, apparently not everything. he said he was 'fine' so many times.
so when jack killed himself, no one could see it coming.
especially his boyfriend jonah.
he thought that jack was happy.
guess not.
