----
Hermoine and Draco are undercover workers of The Ministry.  It is a dark night, in an abandoned street. Nobody goes there, anymore. Hermione and Draco, a couple, are on a mission to find a werewolf. It's raining. They killed the werewolf, but...

Take my mind
And take my pain

"Clear your mind, baby!" Hermione whispers to Draco, who was just bitten by a werewolf. I'll take the pain away!"

Like an empty bottle takes the rain

Hermione drops the wolfsbane, and it spills, then water fills it. Her eyes tear up and she looks at Draco, writhing on the ground, in pain.

And, heal, heal, heal, heal

Hermione pulls out her wand, but at the moment, has forgotten all spells. So she screams at her wand, "HEAL HIM, HEAL HIM, PLEASE!" Of course, nothing happens.

She is on her knees, soaking wet, hair hanging in her face, bangs matted to her forehead. The street is a few centimeters deep of flooded water. Blood is coming from Draco's shaking body.

Take my past, and take my sense

Draco looks at Hermione. He cups her face, leans in and softly touches his lips to hers, that makes her heart beat, a tingling feeling in her toes, and she melts into his arms. Their first kiss is soft and warm.

The sense was knocked out of both, as it's only them in the world at this moment. Draco and Hermione were the only ones there.

Like an empty sail takes the wind.

The wind blows, as the small muggle sailboat takes forward. Hermione is on the edge of the boat, arms up in a T and Draco is holding her waist. Hermione feels like Rose from Titanic. Her hair in a ponytail, so it doesn't hit Draco. He brings her down gently and they melt into a soft kiss. His lips taste like butterscotch and honey. Her's a sweet cinnamon flavor.

Heal, heal, heal, heal.

Hermione lays on his chest, sobbing. He tries to tell her it's okay, but she knows it's not. She dropped the wolfsbane, and no spells are coming to her mind. She knew things don't last.

And, tell me some things last.

Hermione woke up, crying. Draco woke up and cuddled her, "what's wrong, Granger?" She looked at him, in his grey eyes, "I know nothing lasts, so will this."

He smiled at her, "True love lasts. Somethings do last."

And, tell me some things last

And as if, Draco read her mind, he says, "Remember, baby, true love lasts." Hermione begins to sob harder, knowing back up won't be here in time, "D-Draco, I love you." He smiles.

Take a heart
And take a hand

Hermione takes Draco's hand and lays her head on his chest, to hear the faint beats if his heart.

They slowly fade. Not gone, but faded.

Like an ocean takes the dirty sand

Hermione screamed as the wave crashes down, and takes away the sand castle. "Awh, no!" She whined and stomps back to her towel. Draco sits up from his towel, takes her hand, "come on." The sit down on the wet sand and build a sand castle, together.

And, heal, heal, hell, heal (Not a typo)

The backup gets here, as his heart fades away, "DRACO, NO!!" Hermione screams, "WAKE UP, PLEASE!" The Ministry drop the healing potion on him. His wounds are healed, and he stands up. He runs and hugs Hermione.

One month later, full moon.

Hermione forgot the wolfsbane. Draco, as a wolf, is in front of her, growling. Hermione has avoided him all night, and now there is one more minute of his transformation. Draco backed her up to a wall.

Hermione whimpers, "Draco, please!" But, it wasn't Draco, anymore. He only has one thought in his mind, now.

Destroy.

The wolf lunges at her and bites her waist. She screams as the teeth sink in, and blood spills on the wooden floor. The moon sets at the moment and Draco shifts back, in full clothes. He sits up, and sees Hermione, barely breathing in the floor, blood spilling. She was going to be dead soon.

"It's all my fault," Draco whispers. He crawls over to her. "Baby, no!" She gives him a small smile, "True love lasts." She says, in her last breath. He collapses on her, shaking violently, "don't leave, me!"

He looks into her glazed brown eyes, "baby, please!" He pleads, "I can't live without you!"

The room goes bright, and it doesn't feel real, anymore. Draco looks up and sees her, but she is translucent. He tries to hug her but goes right through.

More tears flow down his face, and he looks at her. Her big brown chocolate eyes. She smiles, "true love lasts, baby..." She fades away, gently.

Draco never thought how he would die, but to be with her he would. He picks up her old wand, puts it to his chest.

"Goodbye mum, I love you. Goodbye, Harry, you were a great friend. And last, goodbye world." He says.

Take my mind

"Avada Kedevra." He whispers, and a green light lightens the room.

First, he can't think, anymore.

And, take my pain

Then there is no pain.

Heal.

Suddenly, it's white everywhere. He looks around and sees Hermione. Her hair is perfect bangs, her dark skin, going perfectly well with the flowing satin white dress, her eyes sparkling, and a smile on her face. Her voice sounding like honey,

"Hey, Malfoy."

"Hey, Granger."

The walk, hand in hand into the golden doorways.

Morning

Draco wakes up, in bed crying, the spot next to him empty. Hermione has been dead for a year, killed by a wolf... Draco.

He wishes the events in his dream were real. Harry burst in before he could say the curse. They cried, together.

Harry burst into the room. He saw Draco, wand to his chest, "Ava-"

Harry knocked the wand out of his hand, "Draco, you can't die, too!" Draco was shaking, and he hugged Harry, crying into his shoulder, mumbling over and over, "I killed her, Harry, I didn't mean to."

"I know," Harry said, looking at the beautiful girl on the floor. He looks into her eyes. There was once life there, but it's gone, now. Harry tears up and begins to cry as well, knowing that bookworm will never be alive, again.

The funeral

Draco looked at the girl in the casket. She wore a red dress, showing her curves. It was a flat, thin dress. She wore no shoes, but her legs were perfectly smooth, and dark. Her toes were painted red, along with her fingernails. Her lips were red, and she had natural highlights and eyes. She was holding a bouquet of red and golden roses. Her hair was in perfect waves.

Draco kissed her cheek, as tears flowed down his face. "True love lasts."

Tell me some things last

"True love lasts." Says a voice like honey, but it was lost in the wind.
