"austin im pretty sure you will be just fine for 5 days by yourself." milan said grabbing her suitcase. out if nowhere milan had to go on a five day business trip for her job for 5 days with no option to not go.
"mommy where are you going?" athena asked, even though she was more of a daddy's girl, she still loved her mom. "just up to San Diego." she answered. Austin has never been alone with the kids for more than 5 hours, so 5 days has been a huge shock for him. "oh my god ima be late. okay I will see you three later, I love all of you and I will miss you." she said giving them kisses.
"bye babe. I love you and you will be just fine. and if its really so much to handle go to one of the boys house." she said kissing him one last time and walking out the door. "I love you too, bye. call when you get there." Austin said with tiny pout on his face.
"alright so usually if mom was here she would say it's bedtime but since im dad, lets get you two ready for bed then watch a movie." austin said picking up Athena and putting her on his back and picking up serena. "can we watch lion king please." Athena asked. "no." rena says even though she loves lion king. she just loves saying no. "of course." he said back .
he made his way upstairs to get them in a bath, as milan would. after they took their bath, he gave thena her pull up to put on while he put on rena's diaper. "okay what pjs do you wanna wear?" he asked thena when they went to their shared room.
"mmmm princess's." she said and going through her dresser to find it.
austin started dressing rena into a pink pokadot onsie. "im done. gotta brush teeth." thena announced. "smart girl." austin said and they did that.
"okay now lets go watch lion king." he said and the made their way to the master bedroom.
before he played the movie, austin's phone went offand he answered it because he knewit wasmilan considering he had a specific ringtone.
m: hey i made it to the hotel, are the kids asleep ?
a: no i promised them lion king
m: did they get cleaned up and stuff
a: yeah but we miss you
m: imyt but did you get cleaned up and stuff
a: no i will when they are asleep though
m: okay let me talk to them
at: hiiii mommyyy
m: hey baby have fun watching the movie
at: i will mommy. rena says hi too
m: my little baby, mommy loves you. i have to get ready for bed but i love all yall i have to go.
a: okay babe. ilyt byee goodnight
m: goodnight byeee
"okay lets play the movie." austin said hitting play.
